When I'm half-hungry, we usually buy snacks or chocolates to fool my stomach until the next meal, but there are a handful of simple and healthy snacks that you can make at home that will take you less than 10 minutes. One of the solutions are protein bars from oats and nuts from just a few ingredients that you can find in every market. Healthy tiles will give you energy until the next meal, and in addition to being able to take them to work, they can also be a great substitute for breakfast or dessert after lunch.
In addition, you can always adapt a simple recipe to your taste, so you can throw out some ingredients or replace them with other ingredients, you can add dried fruits such as cranberries or grapes, as well as grated orange peel. The possibilities are really great, and it's up to you to let your imagination run wild.
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup nuts
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
100 g cooking chocolate (optional)
Preparation: Mix all ingredients (except chocolate, if using it) in a bowl until completely combined. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet, previously lined with baking paper, and leave in the fridge for about an hour. If desired, you can pour melted chocolate over them for cooking.
You can eat the tiles prepared in this way for the next seven days.
Maybe they are healthy, but still I like chocolate so much
