Trees and love
The tree close to my home is passing on. However it stands stock straight, a glad dim pillar with branches standing out unequivocally, thick and resistant at the base, delicate toward the top. In the spring, a sprinkling of green leaves shudders happily from very dry branches; it's an offer of idealism I discover contacting—and a smidgen shocking.
