A recent study has found that those who forgive us for their wrongdoings, without thinking that we should take revenge on those who have done us harm, are less likely to catch any disease, including heart disease.
A team of researchers from the State University of California in the United States conducted a study on the relationship between human mental and physical health.
In that study, which was attended by 200 people, 100 people were asked how do you get angry at those who hurt you, and imagine how you would get revenge on him.
The remaining 100 were asked to imagine that even after a friend made a mistake, they would forgive and forget about it.
Five minutes later their blood pressure was checked to make them recall the same incidents. The blood of 100 people who were outraged by the friend's mistake flowed too fast. It was also revealed that the blood pressure of 100 people with Forgot and Forgive policy was normal.
Commenting on the study, Dr. Britta Larson, the group's head professor, said that the blood pressure of the unforgiving is affected not only by anger but also by thinking. As a result, they may develop blood clots and develop heart disease.
On the other hand, for those with a forgiving nature, the heart rate was regular and the test showed an increase in blood flow to the heart due to the peace of mind caused by forgiveness. It is basically said to benefit their overall physical well-being. The study was published in the medical journal United States.
This is what our ancestors said many years ago that " life is depends upon our thoughts ". So think of the good even for those who have done us harm so that we can live a long life without the moment of illness.
Be positive.. think positive.. Have a nice day....
