I am in a transformation. We are now all aware that the new order that started with the pandemic last year and which we are still trying to adapt to is actually only a part of a much larger transformation. Although the answer to the question of what exactly changes is the order, the world, or are we, we are changing.
Energy change is one of the most important parts of this change. The masculine energy that we have felt dominant for decades now also needs to be balanced, so we are in a period where we need to own and nurture our feminine energy.
Masculine energy is the energy to act. How we communicate, our behavior, and our relationships with others are extensions of our masculine energy. Therefore it is very important. Aware of this importance, these are perhaps the most focused issues for years. We fed our masculine energy more, especially as business life takes up more space in our lives. We constantly received feedback on our "behavior". What we should do, what we should not do, how we should do, and the issues we constantly ponder over how we should interact with the outside world are always the subjects of masculine energy. Therefore, we have kept these on our agenda so much that the topics of our feminine energy may have been secondary.
Feminine energy is related to our senses and emotions. How we experience what happens to us in life, our conscious and unconscious values, beliefs and our relationship with ourselves are the extensions of our feminine energy. In fact, we have left these feminine energy issues in the background, which are necessary for us to fully experience life. For example, in business, we've been told that we should always be rational - masculine energy - in business there should be no room for emotions - feminine energy. Then we had to be goal oriented all the time - the sterile energy - we were not able to get things done in the flow - the female energy. Let's think of the compliments we received, the business results of a manager who receives feedback saying “You manage your team very well” are examined numerically, how much control he has, and the rationality of his decisions. All are masculine energy issues. I wonder how many people correspond to the feedback “you are a very good manager” because they have a high ability to empathize, because they actually put forward something much more passionately by engaging their emotions, or because they are more flexible than strict? These are all feminine energy issues and are important issues to be valued. Now we need to keep our perceptions about these issues clearer. Of course, the essence is to balance.
We need a collective awareness in order to bring feminine energy issues to the forefront, as we have always nurtured masculine energy in recent years. In fact, over the past year we have started to feel our need for our feminine energy much more, but it cannot be said that we have yet been able to name this need. Now is the time to do something about it, naming it by name: We need to feed our feminine energy.
For example, in the new working order, we do not have the chance to say that I am used to meeting face to face. Sticking to the rules comes from our masculine energy, but thanks to our feminine energy, we can use our ability to adapt.
Let's set goals, focus, but what? In an environment where there is so much uncertainty, the ability to revise the goals, to be open to the determination of some issues on the road, and sometimes to continue without a goal, is all thanks to our feminine energy that provides us with our ability to stay in the flow.

We should listen carefully, empathize, be aware that there is a lot we do not know about the other person, and treat everyone as kindly as we can.
Unfortunately, our movement energy has been limited and we have to be patient. Our steadfast side is our feminine energy.

We need to activate our senses and emotions. We have to trust our instincts, we need to start hearing that voice that we have neglected for a long time, our feminine energy is calling out to us.
Until today, we have focused on our masculine energy, that is, being needed and respected. However, our criteria for success are also changing; Our feminine energy, trust in us and how unifying we are will now determine our success.
We all have both energies. The call to feed our feminine energy is not just a call to women, men also need to feed the feminine energy in them. We are in a great transformation, we are already witnessing technological developments every day, the way we live and the way we do business are changing. We also need to balance our energy in order to keep up with all this change process and stay in the flow.
