চাইনিজ ফ্রাইড ভেজিটেবল চাইনিজ ফ্রাইড ভেজিটেবল উপকরণ : পেঁয়াজ কাটা ২টি। পেঁয়াজসহ পাতা ২টি। বাঁধাকপি ঝুরি ১ কাপ। ক্যাপসিকাম টুকরা ১টি। টমেটো টুকরা ১টি। গাজর ঝুরি আধা কাপ। বেবিকর্ন টুকরা আধ কাপ। ফিসসস চা-চামচের ৮ ভাগের ১ ভাগ। সয়াসস ২ টেবিল চামচ। আদার রস ১ চা-চামচ। রসুন বাটা আধা চা-চামচ। লাল কাঁচামরিচ বাটা চা-চামচের ৮ ভাগের ১ ভাগ। সিরকা ২ চা-চামচ। তেল চা-চামচের ৪ ভাগের ১ ভাগ। পদ্ধতি : বড় কড়াইয়ে তেল গরম করে পেঁয়াজ, সবজি, বেকিং পাউডার দিয়ে ২ থেকে ৩ মিনিট নাড়ুন। সয়াসস, আদার রস, রসুন, মরিচবাটা ও সিরকা দিয়ে নেড়ে ভালোভাবে মিশিয়ে নামান। গরম অবস্থাতেই পরিবেশন করুন।
