Urinary tract infection(UTI)

UTI is a common problem for girls and men both **(mostly Girl**) Lets know about it in some simple lines⬇️ **■What is UTI?** It means Multiplication of organisms in the urinary tract➡️ (Kideny,Ureter,Bladder,Urethra)

■**Why Girls mostly prone to it?** •*Because of short urethra.* *•Close proximity of Urethra to Anus.* **■What are those organisms?** 1.Escherichia Coli(E.Coli)-mostly (about **75% infection** occurs by it) 2.Proteus 3.Klebsiella 4.Pseudomonas ■**When it mainly occurs?** Inadequet bladdar habit. Not emptying the bladder clearly. Holding the urine for a long time. Not maintaining personal hygiene. **■Symptoms:** Urgency of Urination Frequency of Urination. Burning sensation during urination. Slight pain in lower abdomen. Fever(when infection occurs in kidney) **■Prevention**

*➡️Stay hydrated* : *Drink water as much as you can (Water can help flush away the bacteria)* *➡️Regular complete emptying of Bladder.* *➡️Good personal hygiene.* *➡️Emptying of bladder before and after sexual intercourse.* *➡️Special hygiene maintain during Periods (for Girls).* *➡️Wipe from side to side.* *➡️Get enough vit-C.* Thanks for Reading🤗
