The headman said to a deputy who came to the village:

-We have two big problems, he says.

Deputy:

-Is it okay, tell us we'll do it.

Headman:

-The first problem, he says. There is a Health Center in the village, but there is no doctor.

Deputy:

- I immediately call the Minister of Health and take care of it. He takes out his cell phone and talks to someone:

-Okay, the doctor will be here tomorrow morning. What's your second problem?

The headman answers:

-No cell phones in our village.
