Vietnam noodles Cafe banh mi grilled chicken

Back at the Summer Marche event at Isetan in KLCC Suria Mall to have my lunch, this time I plan to try another dish at this stall called Vietnam noodles cafe.

This time I order their banh mi grilled chicken which cost RM12 per portion.

banh mi is a short baguette with a thin, crisp crust and soft, airy texture. It is often split lengthwise and filled with savory ingredients like a submarine sandwich and served as a meal,

This Vietnamese sandwich is a fusion of meats and vegetables from native Vietnamese cuisines such as pork sausage, coriander leaf, cucumber, pickled carrots, and pickled daikon combined with condiments from French cuisine such as pâté, along with red chili and buttery mayonnaise.

The only difference my banh mi to the normal banh mi is the meat.
