Sushi Mentai Spider Don

For today's dinner, I visit a Japanese restaurant called Sushi Mentai located at the PV128 building in the Genting Klang area.

After looking at their menu, I order their Spider Don which cost RM19.50 after including the 16% service tax.

Spider Don is a soft shell crab tempura on rice, inside also contains carrot, eggplant and ladyfinger tempura. It is served with a bowl of miso soup.

For those who don't know what Soft-shell crab is, it is a culinary term for crabs that have recently moulted their old exoskeleton and are still soft. This means that almost the entire crab can be eaten, rather than having to remove the crab shell to reach the meat.
