Super Saigon Marinated BBQ pulled beef charcoal baguette

The Super Saigon, a Vietnamese restaurant recently tried something different for their baguette by using charcoal baguette. I order their marinated BBQ pulled beef charcoal baguette using my grab food app from their KL East Mall branch, it cost me RM20.43 after including the delivery fee and service tax.

This kind of sandwich is actually called Bánh mì or banh mi,it is a short baguette with a thin, crisp crust and soft, airy texture. This Vietnamese sandwich is a fusion of meats and vegetables from native Vietnamese cuisines such as pork sausage, coriander leaf, cucumber, pickled carrots, and pickled daikon combined with condiments from French cuisine such as pâté, along with red chili and buttery mayonnaise.
