Today lunch I visit the Seoul Garden, a Korean buffet restaurant at the Wangsa Walk Mall. Now due to the lockdown, they switch to selling Rice bowl dishes.
After looking at their new menu, I decided to order the Spicy Bulgogi Beef Rice Bowl priced at RM16 each.
This kind of Korean rice dish is actually called Bibimbap literally means "mixed rice" in Korean. The term "bibim" means mixing rice (burned rice at the bottom of the dish and cooked rice), while the "bap" noun refers to rice. Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with seasoned vegetables or kimchi and gochujang, soy sauce, or doenjang. A raw or fried egg and sliced meat are common additions. The hot dish is stirred together thoroughly just before eating.
This looks really delicious...I'd love to try it❤️
