Today I got a doctor's appointment at the government clinic and needed to come to Sri Rampai. After the appointment, I decided to have a quick lunch at this Restoran Ooi Soon. It is a hawker food center, I decided to order a plate of Penang Char kway teow.

Fried Kuey Teow Mee or Fried Kuey Teow is a popular noodle dish in Malaysia.
it is normally stir-fried over very high heat with light and dark soy sauce, chili, a small quantity of belachan, whole prawns, blood cockles without shells, bean sprouts, chopped Chinese chives, slices of Chinese sausage, fishcake, beansprouts. Then add it the flat rice noodles at the end and continue to stir-fry until it is properly mixed.
Different stall cook differently, some add pork meat, some duck egg, and many type. This stall just cooking a norma type. They charge RM6 for small, RM7.00 for big.
