Today I visit this stall called Porco Macau, which is located at the Lot 10 Mall. It is knowns for its Macau Pork Chop Bun.

After looking at the menu, I order a Macau Pork Chop Bun set meal which come with a drink for RM15.90. For drinks, you can choose between Macau iced lemon tea, macau milk tea and honey lemon. I requested the Macau milk tea.

pork chop bun is a popular and famous snack in Macau and has been described as a Macau speciality. Pork chop bun is derived from a Portuguese pork sandwich named Bifana.

The bun called a piggy bun is extremely crisp outside and very soft inside. A fried pork chop is filled into the bun horizontally. It is often known as "the Macanese version of a hamburger."

The dish is made from a piece of bone-in pork chop and a lightly toasted and buttered bun.
