For the last meal of 2021, I have it at the Onsemiro, a fine-dining Korean Restaurant. It is located at the Intermark Mall.

After looking at the menu, I order their Dolsot Bibimbap or in English mean Stonepat rice bowl with a choice of beef or chicken. I order the beef. After including the service tax, the total cost for this dish is RM34.80.

For those who don't know what Bibimbap is, it is a Korean rice dish. The term "bibim" means mixing rice (burned rice at the bottom of the dish and cooked rice), while the "bap" noun refers to rice. Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with sautéed and seasoned vegetables or kimchi and gochujang, soy sauce, or doenjang (a fermented soybean paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat are common additions. The hot dish is stirred together thoroughly just before eating.

The Onsemiro Bibimbap is served in a hot Dolsot, a small-sized piece of cookware made of agalmatolite. When you order it, it come with 4 side dishes, a bowl of soup, a small plate of fruit and apple juice.

This is one of the best bibimbap I have ever eaten, inside contain sliced brown mushroom and ebiko which I didn't expect at all.
