Ming Ren Xuan steamed prawns dumplings with black truffle

While I am at this Cantonese restaurant called Ming Ren Xuan located at level3 in Avenue K Mall looking at their menu after finishing my lunch, I saw an interesting dish called steamed prawns dumplings with black truffle. It cost RM20.90 per portion after including service tax. Each portion contains 3 dumplings.

This kind of dish is normally called Har gow, a traditional Cantonese dumpling served in dim sum. These prawn dumplings are transparent and smooth.

These steamed prawns dumplings with black truffle smell great and each of these dumplings contain 2 pieces of prawn.

I don't recommend eating it with the chilli oil they serve with it, the chilli oil taste will cover up the truffle taste making it hard to taste or smell the truffle.
