Maria Signature Spaghetti chicken bolognese

Today I revisit Maria Signature at KLCC Suria Mall for my lunch to try out another dish. This restaurant specializes in steak dishes, however, if you are on a budget there is a lunch special menu you can try which is cheaper than ordering the same dish at another time.

This time I order the Spaghetti chicken bolognese since I already try their beef bolognese. It cost RM16.25 after including the 16% service tax.

For those who don't know what Bolognese sauce is, it is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. You will be surprised that Spaghetti bolognese is a pasta dish that is popular outside Italy, but it is actually not part of traditional Bolognese or even Italian cuisine in general.
