Today I have my lunch at Ichiriki, a Japanese restaurant located at The Garden Mall. If you come by LRT or MRT, you should be able to see this restaurant the moment you enter the Mall by the bridge.
After looking at the menu, I order the Tan Tan Men, a ramen dish. After including the service tax, the total cost for this dish is RM24.35 per bowl.
For those who don't know what ramen is, it is a Japanese noodle soup. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, nori , menma, and scallions.
Tan Tan men is a Japanese ramen dish with a spicy, creamy noodle broth that is normally made from peanut powder, sesame paste, and chili oil.
Here are pictures of my Tan Tan Men when served.
I’ve never tasted a Japanese food before. This is really looking delicious dear
