Ichiban boshi water cake

Today I revisit the Ichiban boshi to try out another dish,This branch is located at the Pavillion KL Mall. Because I have eaten my dinner before I visit it. I decided to check what special dessert this Japanese restaurant has for sale.

After looking at the menu, I decided to order the water cake which cost RM8.54 after including the 16% Service tax.

This dish also known as Raindrop cake is a dessert made of water and agar that is supposed to resemble a raindrop. It is often served with kuromitsu (Japanese sugar syrup) and kinako ( roasted soybean flour).
