Good Luck Kopitiam Percik Fried Chicken Nasi lemak

Today I have my lunch again at this restaurant called Good Luck Kopitiam, it is located inside the Palette building at Genting Klang area. This restaurant specializes in Kopitiam dishes.

This time I order their Percik Fried Chicken Nasi lemak which cost RM19.60 after including the 16% service tax.

For those who don't know what nasi lemak is, it is a dish originating in Malay cuisine that consists of fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. It is commonly found in Malaysia, where it is considered the national dish.

nasi lemak is served with sambal sauce, and usually includes various garnishes, including fresh cucumber slices, ikan bilis, roasted peanuts, and hard-boiled or fried egg. 

ayam percik is a dish from the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It is marinated first in coconut milk gravy cooked with ingredients such as turmeric, ginger, onion, lemongrass and pepper.

For rice, Good Luck Kopitiam use brown rice instead of white rice.
