Gindaco original takoyaki 8 pieces combo set

Today I visit a Japanese restaurant called Gindaco to try their Takoyaki. This restaurant is located at the Pavillion KL Mall near the food court.

After looking at their menu, I decided to try their original takoyaki 8 pieces combo set which was supposed to cost RM18.90. Turn out because today is Thursday, they are having a promotion where 8 pieces only sold for RM8.

With this promotion, the 8 pieces combo only cost me RM10.95 after including the 6% tax. For drinks, I ask for a bottle of mineral water.

For those who don't know what Takoyaki is, it is a ball-shaped Japanese snack made of a wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special moulded pan. It is typically filled with minced or diced octopus, tempura scraps, pickled ginger, and green onion. The balls are brushed with takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise and then sprinkled with green laver and shavings of dried bonito.
