I usually make a tempting brisket, that you can try at home.

Ingredients: 1 brisket (approximately 10-12 pounds) 2 tbsp kosher salt 2 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp chili powder 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 275°F.

In a bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder and make a dry rub.

Rub the dry rub all over the meat, and coat it evenly.

Place the brisket in a large roasting pan  and pour the beef broth over the top.

Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil, and bake the brisket in the over until the meat is tender, when shredding with a fork.

Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Slice the brisket and serve it with your favorite barbecue sauce.

We can also cook the brisket on a smoker or grill. But the cooking time and temperature may vary depending on the method used.
