Yaay! Thank God It's Not Dengue!

Yesterday we went to the doctor coz my son is sick for 4 days and had recurrent fever . He underwent CBC and Urinalysis test. He still has fever last night till morning so we are really worried it might be dengue.
Hospital near us , public or private are now in full capacity of dengue patients . Son of my husbands brother was tested positive and was confined in a public hospital two weeks ago. We were told that some of the patients are only seated at the hospitals hallway , dextrosed and were just lying in the floor with an improvised bed. It was a heartbreaking scene in the hospital and guardians or immediate family of the sick children are sleeping while seated in the floor.
Hospital beds that used to be occupied by covid patients are now occupied by dengue patients. Haist , what's happening in our world ? Seems like there's a never ending struggles among the people especially the poor.
Going back to morning's event. We went to the Doctor's Clinic around 8:30 am. My son told me that he was a bit nervous and don't want to stay in the hospital for long and sleep there. I understand his fear and hugged him and assured him that he's not going to sleep in the hospital.
I asked him if he prayed for it and he said yes! momi i prayed to Jesus last night and this morning. I told him to heal me and tell him also that i am scared . So what did He tell you? He's telling me not to worry . Oh! see He told you not to worry coz there is nothing to worry. ( Oh dear! coming from me that is more than just nervous i can't sleep and eat right for the past few days, lol!) The Doctor will take care of you and will give you the right medicine so you'll be healed fast.
So his name was called and we enter the Doctor's office just like yesterday. I handed him the folder or my son's record. He was silent while reading the results and finally he smiled at us and tell the good news that it was not Dengue afterall. Oh boy! i was relieved.
Though he has an infection that needs to be treated by antibiotics for 7 days. I wonder where he get the blood infection then i remember that prior to his sickness. He had a wound on his right leg that caused nodes in his groin area. I put antibiotic cream into it when i found out that it was Bullous or Mamaso in Tagalog. The wound got infected and the bacteria already went to his blood prior to medication. The wound was healed already in the surface but the bacteria already went to his blood as explained.
We were so relieved and glad by the results and somehow pacify our weary heart and mind. I know he will get better soon. Though medyo masakit sa bulsa hahaha! Saved once again by our savings.
Yesterday we spent 340.00Php or around 7$ for the laboratories and 500php or 10$ for the Doctor's PF . Today we spent 1420.00Php for the medicines and another 500Php for PF. So all in all including the gas , expenses was 60$.
Oh My Gulay! Bawal talaga magkasakit, magastos ! ( We are not allowed to get sick coz it's quite expensive.).
Anyways , thank you to mamsh @Jentoand beb@Ruffa for the concern.Labyu po.
