One two three
I exhaled loudly
Four years have past
Time flies so fast
Five six seven,
I miss you, you in heaven
Seven eight nine,
You are still mine
Now on ten,
Again my love, until then.
Here's part 2! 😆

My Love
One two three,
I counted when you said yes to me
Four five six,
Our 6th anniversary
Seven eight nine,
you are completely mine
Now on number ten,
We got engaged then
Nine eight seven,
You want many children
Six five four,
Wedding in an hour
Three two one,
Why are you gone
My love, until then.

Dysmenorrhea
I know many women are suffering from dysmenorrhea every month, and that includes me. Since I'm on my period right now, I decided to write an article about it. So here you go :)
Dysmenorrhea is the medical term for painful menstrual periods which are caused by uterine contractions. There are two types of dysmenorrhea: primary and secondary. Primary dysmenorrhea is the common menstrual cramps that we experience every month, and are not due to other diseases. The pain usually begins 1 or 2 days before, or when menstruation starts. It is felt in the lower abdomen, back, or thighs. Secondary dysmenorrhea happens when there is a disorder in a woman's reproductive organs such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, or infection. Pain usually begins earlier in the cycle, and lasts longer than the common.
Dysmenorrhea can be relieved through medications, by avoiding foods that contains caffeine, and by avoiding smoking and drinking alcohol. Regular exercise can also help. In my case, I place hot water bottle in my lower abdomen to lessen the pain.
Dysmenorrhea is really, really painful. I almost collapse once, when I was first year college because of it. It's also a hindrance to my school activities because I can't come to school when I can't bear the pain. But my teacher once said that menstruation is one of the essences of being a woman and it serves a symbol of how strong we are. To you ladies, stay empowered :)

Why I love BTS
I am a proud Kpop fan since 2014! ❤️ The very first group I loved was EXO, I still am, very much but that is a different story. In this article I will be focusing on another group which I love equally, BTS. I've known BTS since then but it was year 2018 when I started listening to their music because my childhood best friend is a fan, so she basically influenced me into becoming an Army (that's what BTS fans are called). At first, I just really liked their music and the members are so funny, kind, and adorable. But it was not long, when their music made a very significant impact in my personal life. It was at my most difficult times that I found their songs comforting, and very life changing. They somehow changed how I view life in general and my life, personally. They have this song called Love Myself, and it has this lyrics, "you've shown me I have reasons I should love myself" and truth be told, they really did. They taught me how to love myself when I couldn't. When I feel like I'm the ugliest person in the world, I listen to Jin's Epiphany because it talks about love for one's self, and that each and every one of us is beautiful in our own way. Aside from their songs, they give the best life advices, especially on achieving your dreams. They have been both a strength and inspiration to millions of people and I think that's why they are very successful. They not only touch people's lives with with their songs but also with them being wonderful human beings. They always say "Team work, makes the dream work." I love the seven of them, but my particular bias is Suga, Min Yoongi in real life, because he's been a constant reminder to me that I must always reach for my dream despite all the hardships I've faced and will still be facing. He has been through a lot, he even left home when he was younger just to pursue his passion for music because his parents didn't support him at first. But look where he is now, he's been dominating the world with the group and as a solo artist. I am so proud of him 🤧 BTS has been through a lot, they faced lots of hate and criticism, but they conquered it all together, and with us, their Armys. 💜
one of my most favorite photo of them ❤️
Thank you for reading! I just want to share it here because I want to share something about myself that I really love, and that is BTS. 💜 How about you, are you a fan of a certain group/band that has made major impacts on your life? Feel free to share 🤗

Lucid Dream
You never talked to me
the same way I do to you
Your lips never spit sugar-coated words
the way others do
You never look at me
the way I look at you
Like I'm seeing the moon
kissing the Earth
You never think of me
the way I am doing right now–
and most of the times
like you are an unsolved puzzle
haunting me
You never speak of me to anyone
unlike me–
who speaks about you to my favorite persons like you are a dream–
Oh yes you are
One that'll never come true
You never loved me
You didn't
'cause you're wide awake
while I overslept
..dreaming

His joy
It was in Grade 9 and you were my senior then, when I first met you. You were playing football on the field with your friends that day. And I have never seen someone so handsome even with sweats dripping on your forehead. Our eyes met and I felt my heart skipped a beat. We eventually became friends because I am friends with some of your classmates. We're textmates, but we seldom talk personally, or if my memory serves me right, never. I was contented with that kind of set-up. I know in myself that time I have feelings for you. And you keep on confusing me. But it was fine with me. I liked you very much anything was fine with me.
Now here we are on this day, in this church. I have never seen someone so handsome with sweats dripping from the forehead because of nervousness. And like the very first time I laid my eyes on you, my heart skipped its beat. You watched me walk through the aisle, tears forming in your eyes. My heart ached. 'Same old boy' I told myself. I've never seen you this happy. My love for you keeps growing each passing day I can't help but cry. Finally, this is our end game. You, marrying my best friend. Ben found his Joy.

[super short poem]
kung hindi totoong
ang lahat ay sa una
lang masaya,
bakit ngayon
wala ka na?
At least we tried, right?
It was the third time of you confessing to me about how you feel about me despite us being best friends. It's in that third time that I actually thought about giving you a chance because you are so good to me. You always make me laugh. And I actually like you, just maybe not the same intensity of how much I thought you like me.
It was in the third time that I decided to open up my heart to you and bare my scars I've always kept deep within me. You told me how you tend to overthink sometimes, and how those thoughts eat you up everytime. I've decided to ease you, and be with you during those times even if I also have my share of those kinds of episodes at times, and you don't know that. I've decided to accept you and your chaotic mind even if I myself sometimes can't organize mine. It was in the third time that I thought it might not be so bad to give you a chance– and that maybe, you are the one. I have already decided.
Not until you take it all back. Not until you told me I'm too good for you, and I don't deserve someone like you. You said you really like me, but you're unsure of everything else after that. I said I understand, because I somehow did but truth is, not really. I can't be too mad you though, because I know for myself that I still don't like you enough– but baby, it's half way there. I came to realize that maybe I'm not what you needed. And if I'm too good for you, why do I feel like I'm not good enough?
Yes, I don't like you that much, but I hope you know how much it takes on me before I finally said, "I have already decided." But that's it. This is how it ends. At least we tried, right?

When a Writer Falls in Love
I've been staring at my pen and paper for an hour now. Frustration is starting to get through me as words seem to be hiding from me because I can't find any to write down in. Actually no, I just can't accept the words my mind is dictating me. I refuse to accept the ideas and memories running through my mind because I'm getting tired of it. I've been doing it for ages that I'm so done with it myself. Or I thought I should be, at least.
I'm tired of it. I'm tired of you, being the subject of my poems and all the articles I wrote. I'm tired of your face in my head. How I wish I never knew your name so it won't keep ringing to my ears. I hate myself for allowing you to invade even this side of me. I hate how you rule my kingdom as a writer. How come you still rule it when you already walk away long ago? I am so done with you, and I will keep on telling that to myself. Now I want you completely gone. With no any traces behind, like no one was ever inside the castle. Like I never let you in.
But I feel so sorry for myself. I have a kingdom in my head, but I forgot you got me universe in my heart.

Unexpected
Friday morning, my sister woke me up in a hurry. Someone's over the phone. I'm annoyed and surprised at the same time because I was disturbed in my deep sleep. I'm also curious and nervous as to why they seem to be running out of time. I ran down the stairs and quickly get the phone to talk to whoever's on the line.
As soon as I learned who it was, my heart almost jumped. I never thought hearing three simple words over the phone can make me almost cry.
"Happy Birthday, daughter."
It was my papa. My birthday's still three days away but I already received the best birthday gift. ❤️

A front look in behind bars
Some people don't like hospitals. Because of the smell, the atmosphere, and because of those pitiful individuals wanting another shot at life. It's hard for them to see people crying for the souls who were not given another chance of living. Those souls who already crossed the bridge. But people's hate for hospitals may never be compared to that of prisons'. The home for the losts, I may say. The house for losers. In that house, there live different faces, different souls, and different stories. There are people who are afraid to even step a foot in prison. But not me. In years of visiting that particular house, I've seen different faces, witnessed different souls, and read different stories. That house has hundreds of them. But I did not experienced those by listening to each and every one of them. I had come to know some of their stories from someone I know who's close to them. I've only had a sneak peek in their window, but it tells a lot. The prison holds the truest of the truths, but some just never came out to be known and heard by the world outside, when most of them should be. The prison is the house for the losts– people who are lost in their own journey. They took a way that says "no turning back", some of them did unpurposely. The prison is the home for the losers, for some invalid reasons had clouded their judgement and lost to the demons inside of them. I once had a chance to talk to a policewoman while we are waiting for a trial to end. And a skinny, sick and old inmate happens to be one of those who are finally getting their sentence. The policewoman told me that she wishes the grandpa to be finally released so he could get proper treatments. My heart ached for him. And I admired the policewoman for that. As I was sitting outside that court, listening to people talking about different cases, I came to realize that the prison should be called one of the saddest places on Earth, and not just a place for the criminals as many think and say they are. They say the worst about the people behind bars. But the truth is, they are not. Some of them are not. They are just normal people like me, like you, like anyone of us. And what's common about all of us? We are not perfect. As I experience visiting the jail for many years, I've had realizations that some of the people you should admire, are not those who keeps on winning in their life, but some are those who are are locked up on the four corners of cold bars. Not for the mistake they did, but for their bravery to admit that mistake, and actually pay for it. Some may did it late, but it was never too late to change their life. I also once hated the prison, not because of the people inside but because it gave me years of longing for someone I dearly love, it brought me so many tears and caused storms in my family. I once hated the prison, but not anymore. Because it gave them room for them to change, and gave them a chance to have a better life out if it. A chance to become a winner, maybe a bit late, but never, never.
To you, i miss you everyday.
Hello! I wrote this a year ago already, I just edited some parts and I just want to share it here because I still can't come up with ideas for an informative article that I want to write. I don't know if I used the proper terms tho. 😆 I'm open for constructive criticism and I'd love to grow more, so share your thoughts. I'll surely appreciate them. 🤗
Thanks for reading! 💕

Once upon a pain, almost is enough
You once asked me what is the saddest english word for me, giving me options such as death, pain, abandonment, heartache, and even loneliness itself. I couldn't think of an answer at that moment because I don't really think about those kind of things, and it never really crossed my mind. But years passed, I do have an answer now–"almost". It's the saddest english word for me. Because we almost loved. I almost had you. You almost loved me. But we reached that point the word almost and its meaning could never ever have– an ending. And darling, almost is enough.
Sometimes the saddest things for us, aren't the one we're most regretful of.
