Heart-borne child I always like to be surrounded by animals than humans. According to me,human being are most complicated creatures on earth.Most of time they are not the same what they try to show.I can say it because i experienced it.That's why i try to stay silent when i am around peoples.You'll never know what they might think of you,whether is it good or bad. Well,today's article is not about them.Today's article is about those, who always show you love from their mind.They can't talk but you can clearly read their eyes. I used to have pet bird .My mom named him **Arjun.** He was just 3-4 months old when we adopt him.He was with us for 4 years.He loved to sleep with us under our blankets.We had to follow strict routine about timings of his food.He couldn't eat by his own.We used to fed him by our hands.He always got frightened by sounds of thunder. He was so friendly. Whenever our relatives came to visit us, arjun used to get on their lap and play.My mom had to go out for some days for work.That time Arjun was missing mom very badly.He was continuously calling for mom.That afternoon,i fed him for the last time.I just went to basin for cleaning up,my brother suddenly shouted 'arjun is gone'.Arjun flew through the window.I still remember that day.I was crying and calling his name all over our area. There was lot of rain that night with thunder. We informed mom about Arjun the next day.She immediately arrived.She was so devastated, we had to calm her by gave her sleeping pills.She cried everyday by seeing his memories on phone so my dad deleted all photos and videos of arjun from her phone.My mom blamed me for this incident till now.We had to face many difficulties after that.He was our lucky charm. We always keep water and foods on our balcony and windows . A lot birds come everyday. During lockdown we discover her. She was weak,lost her feathers from neck region.My mom starts to provide special care to her.She named her '**Heera**' which means 'Diamond' in english.Heera has two child.She carries food from our kitchen window to her child.My mom gives her cooked meat,fish whenever she come.She has now become a picky eater.She always demands tasty foods now.She doesn't eat if food is not tasty My mom spoiled her.Tell me what should we do now.😑

Today's morning starts with another sad news.Bangladeshi doctor couple burnt from fire originate when cigarette flakes came in contact with hexisol(hand sanitizer) on 22nd july..The male doctor have been died at morning today. 😔

Delusion 26th july,2020 Human psychology is very interesting.This case was narrated by a doctor..It is about a lady patient who had a belief that, there was a snake inside her abdomen.She had done several checkups but doctors found everything normal in her reports.She had no organic disease.But the lady was never convinced.So doctors arranged a operation to appease her.At the day of operation,she was given anaesthesia.Doctor gave her incision in abdomen ,did nothing and sutured it. They managed a dead snake before operation and put it in a tray. When the lady recovered from anaesthesia, doctors showed the dead snake to her and made her believe that the snake was taken out from her abdomen and she is now completely ok.The lady felt relieved by seeing the sutures on her abdomen and the snake.She got released form hospital after few days. Everything was going normal then,she was recovering. But then,one of her relatives,who was aware of her health conditons raised a question to her ' Did the doctors find the eggs that the snake laid in your abdomen?' 'ব্যাড টাচ' ২৪জুলাই,২০২০ ধরুন,আপনি কাজে বের হবেন।বাচ্চাদের স্কুলের শিক্ষিকা আপনি।প্রতিদিনকার মত বের হলেন।গলির বাইরে দাড়িয়ে রিক্সার উদ্দেশ্যে হাত নাড়ছেন।রাস্তায় ব্যস্ত মানুষ প্রতিদিনের মত ছোটাছুটি করছে, যার যার কর্মক্ষেত্রে সময় মত পৌঁছাবে বলে।এমন সময় আপনি অনুভব করলেন কেউ আপনার সংবেদনশীল জায়গায় বাজেভাবে স্পর্শ করলো।।মাথা ঘুরিয়ে দেখলেন একটা লোক তাড়াহুড়া করে চলে যাচ্ছে।বেশভুষায় নিপাট ভদ্রলোকই মনে হল।আপনি হঠাত গুটিয়ে গেলেন। মিলিসেকেন্ডের মধ্যে হয়ে যাওয়া একটা ঘটনা আপনার সারাদিনের জন্য জমানো উৎসাহকে শেষ করে দিল।হঠাত আপনার মনে হল,বাসায় গিয়ে বালিশে মাথা রেখে একটু কান্না করে নিলে হালকা লাগত।।কিন্তু বাচ্চা রা তো অপেক্ষা করে আছে ক্লাসে প্রতিদিনের মত প্রিয় মিস এর গল্প শুনবে,ড্রয়িং করবে,নতুন কিছু শিখবে। তখনের মত সামলে নিয়ে আপনি স্কুলের পথে রওনা হলেন।রিক্সায় উঠে শাড়ির আচলের মাঝে নিজেকে গুটিয়ে নিলেন।অনেক রকম চিন্তা খেলে গেলো আপনার মাথায়।মনে পড়ে গেলো ছোটবেলার কোনো আঙ্কেলের কথা, যার কথা হয়ত আপনি মা কে কোনোদিন ও বলতে পারেননি।অথবা দুই বেণী ঝুলিয়ে বাবার হাত ধরে স্কুলে যাওয়ার সময় বাসের ঘটনা টা অথবা প্রথম শাড়ি পড়ে বান্ধবীদের সাথে নববর্ষ উদযাপন অনুষ্ঠানে যেদিন গিয়েছিলেন,সেদিনের কথা। এরকম কত শত চিন্তা করতে করতে আপনি পৌছে গেলেন স্কুলে।স্কুলের মাঠ ছোটদের কলকাকলিতে মুখর।ক্লাস শুরু হয়ে যাবে একটু পর।।আপনি দ্রুত টিচার্স রুমে গেলেন,একটু ফ্রেশ হয়ে নিলেন।জানালা দিয়ে চোখ চলে গেলো হঠাত। খেলার মাঠে এক কোণায় সাদা ফিতায় দুই বেণী ঝুলিয়ে কয়েকটা আদরের পুতুল ওপেনটি বায়োস্কোপ খেলছে। বুকে তীক্ষ্ণ ব্যথা অনুভব হল। মনে হল ওরা ও যদি আপনার মত কারো নোংরা মানসিকতার শিকার হয়? নিষ্পাপ প্রাণগুলোকে কিভাবে বাচাবেন, যাতে তাদের ফুল ফুল মনে কোনো ক্ষত সৃস্টি না হয়?ও হ্যা,,আপনার তো একটা আদরের ভাইঝি আছে,পরী।।পরী কখনো এসবের শিকার হয়নি তো? না,আমার সাথে যা হয়েছে,হয়েছে।আমি পরীকে আগলে রাখবো,ভেবে নিলেন আপনি।আজকের ক্লাসের টপিক ঠিক করে ফেললেন,'ব্যাড টাচ'।যারা মাত্রই দুনিয়াকে জানতে শুরু করেছে,তাদেরকে দুনিয়ার নোংরা দিকের সাথে ও পরিচয় করিয়ে দিতে হবে।যাতে তারা বুঝে এরকম পরিস্থিতিতে ভয় না পেয়ে,লজ্জিত না হয়ে, নিজেকে না গুটিয়ে কিভাবে এটাকে সামাল দিতে হয়। পরিশেষে,পাশের বাড়ির মেয়ে @girlnextdoor আপনাদেরকে ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি, সময় নিয়ে আর্টিকেল টি পড়ার জন্য। চিরতরুণ কবি সুকান্ত ভট্টাচার্য্য এর 'ছাড়পত্র' কবিতার লাইন লিখে বিদায় নিচ্ছি।ভালো থাকবেন। এসেছে নতুন শিশু,তাকে ছেড়ে দিতে হবে স্থান জীর্ণ পৃথিবীতে ব্যর্থ,মৃত আর ধ্বংসস্তূপ-পিঠে চলে যেতে হবে আমাদের। চলে যাব-তবু আজ যতক্ষণ দেহে আছে প্রাণ প্রাণপণে পৃথিবীর সরাব জন্জাল এ বিশ্বকে-এ শিশুর বাসযোগ্য করে যাব আমি- নবজাতকের কাছে এ আমার দৃঢ় অঙ্গীকার।

Obesity- the primary cause of co-morbidities It's 22nd of July ,I ,the @girlnextdoor coming up with another topic, Obesity; which has become a leading concern in developed as well as in many developing countries..Be with me, so that I can apprise you of these illness ,which leads you to some irreversible co-morbid conditions, if not treated early. More or less,we all know,obesity is the condition of having excess body fat .It occurs when there is imbalance between the amount of calories consumed in diet and the amount of energy expended through physical exercise and bodily functions. Sedentary life style,live on junk foods,lack of physical exercise and of course lack of self care ,all leads to obesity.There are some hormonal causes also e.g Hypothyroidism,Cushing syndrome and drugs e.g. antipsychotic, corticosteroids, contraceptive pills cause weight gain . We can assess obesity by using BMI(Body mass index) which helps us to quantify the risks of complication. BMI=Weight in kg/ (Height in meter)^2 According to BMI chart,Obesity is when one's BMI is 30 or more.. Now,let's talk about the co-morbidities arising due to obesity.When lipid deposits in arterial wall, forming atheroma, it gives rise cardiovascular complication e.g. hypertension.Atherosclerotic plaque occlude coronary arteries,prevents blood flow to the supplying areas leads to ischaemia and eventually complete occlusion leads to MI(myocardial infarction).When cerebral arteries are occluded, it causes stroke. Obesity causes insulin resistance and thus occurs Diabetes mellitus..Excess weight may lead you to osteoarthritis.Some other problems e.g fatty liver,sleep apnoea may also occur. Person who are obese sometimes have lower self esteem. We can avoid all those complications by only controlling our weight, by maximize physical activity and following a healthy balanced diet .If obesity is due to any disease condition, physicians advice must be followed.. About Nail Do you know your nail can reveal a lot about your health? Here i am today sharing some knowledge about nail health with you.Healthy nails are supposed to be smooth and with no discoloration...If you have pale nail,it indicates anaemia. Leukonychia or white nail signifies malnutrition or some renal disease or liver disease. Onycholysis (detachment of nail from nail from nail bed) and nail pitting indicates Psoriasis. Nail biting or onychophagia found in people suffering from anxiety Non pigmented transverse line or grooves in nail well known as Beau's line occur due to transient arrest of nail growth..The causes are chronic illness e.g chronic infection,coronary artery disease etc. There are so many other conditions of nails that signifies different diseases.So it's my suggestion if you notice any abnormality of you nail,you won't ignore.Please counsel with your neaeby doctor..This is my first ever article..Hope you all appreciate it...Thank you..
