My children's favorites of all time! It's not much delicious without tasty springkles but my kids still loving it. And of course I'm so happy for that, they were eating that super healthy food. It's just upon on me how to prepare them with a different way of cooking potatoes. Nowadays, kids are picky in foods but I'm thankful my kids can eat foods that other kids can't. Just like "ampalaya" with bitter taste, and other veggies. Potato is one of the most option for babies food. But it's hard to make them eat potato right? And I'm lucky that I didn't get hard for my kids.
Obviously, potato is a root vegetable and this is a comfort food. And according to the history, American eats potato fresh, huh? I can't. How do you cook potatoes? A smashed potato with butter is common for babies meal, and my kids preferred crispy potato fries. They can eat also potato that mixed in other recipes like saucy chicken and pork. But be careful eating potatoes that cooked in oily dishes it can harm our health too.
What I love in this potato is it contains antioxidant, vitamin C because it prevents cell damages. It also prevents other health problem, just choose cooking recipes practically. One more thing that I know about potato is good for our brains. Potatoes also contains carbohydrates and potassium. Potassium is very important in our health. It helps our brain get enough blood.
