I'm Not a Stress Ball!
The thing I dislike the most in personal care is cutting my fingernails. Because when I cut my fingernails, I get the feeling that I'm shrinking my fingers, and the same thing does not happen when I cut my toenails.
I don't want my phone to be touched by someone else. I am not saying that it is opened or used, it cannot be opened due to measures such as double lock, fingerprint, but even if someone just takes it in hand, it makes me open my eyes more.
I don't like when someone drives me all the time while I'm driving. A car is coming from the opposite direction, I don't want to encounter directives such as slow down a little, stop at the red light, because I already see what the person who said this sees, and I'm more careful than he is because I'm the driver of the car, and if you know a lot, get behind the wheel yourself.
I do not like waiting. I do not like to wait, even in actions in the course of ordinary daily life such as banks, hospitals, shopping. That's why I do all my banking and shopping mostly online. I take my online queue in the hospital and get there 5 minutes before the time and shorten the waiting time.
Whatever the reason, I hate being woken up at the first moment of my sleep. I don't know if I'm waking up anyway, because when I wake up in the sweetest moment of sleep, I don't remember what I did, what I said, where I went for a while. The last time I was woken up by my mother when the earthquake happened, I was hit first on the table and then on the door and suffered a minor injury. The earthquake didn't hurt, but the effort to wake up in the first moment of my sleep did.
Everything I wear on my feet should belong to me alone. I can share all my clothes with anyone, there is no problem, but the equipment I wear on my feet such as shoes, socks, slippers must belong to me alone.
I must drink Turkish tea in a glass cup with a fine structure. Yes, I cannot drink Turkish tea or hot tea in a cup or a large glass, it just has to be a glass cup with a thin structure.
I mess up my room. The clutter in my room is my own order and I do not want any of my belongings to be moved under activities such as arranging and cleaning without my knowledge. Although it is very necessary, it is imperative that everything is left in the same order (mess) again. My mother breaks this rule the most and takes advantage of not being able to say anything. Let's not confuse mess with mess, please!
I do not like to borrow and lend money. Borrowing, especially between people close to each other, often causes resentment. That's why I don't like to borrow or lend money from my close circle. My only criterion in this regard is the need for money arising from the compulsory need arising at the time of illness. In such a case, I would not hesitate to lend money because health is more important than anything else. The reason why I have such a sharp line in borrowing and lending is because I don't want to have resentment with anyone.
I don't like men wearing earrings. I'm not going to restrict anyone's personal freedom, I don't hate or criticize someone just because they wear earrings. I don't think it's right for men to wear earrings just visually, but I respect it. I've heard that in some cultures it's considered a necessity and a show of strength. I respect all cultures as long as they do not affect other lives and create any coercion.
In short, I have shared with you what I do not like about 10 subjects. There are definitely other behaviors that I don't like, I also have behaviors that I don't like when viewed from the eyes of others. As long as it is not too disturbing, we should know how to manage each other and keep the negativities in our behavior at an acceptable point. Our vital liberties should not affect the life of another. The me-only mentality might hit a wall one day. Taking a moderate approach can affect both our lifespan and quality of life, and it will definitely help us stay away from stress.
The next post could be "my favorites".
