So last night i slept midnight and the last last night i have 5 hours sleep only, a while ago I slept for an hour using the sleeping series on Netflix and woke up tried the meditation exercises that i haven't finished the whole series just done the first episode. I felt a little ease of mind. I felt like going back to the summer days where i was picking these red Tambis or Makopa in our Nanay big tree like a giant tree with a twin tree of Chico. This is just a throwback photo because the season for tambis is durinhg summer. I just saw this in my facebook uploads.
Nga pala the reason why I eagerly sleep this afternoon is because i will be watching gabi ng lagim IX that's may birthday too May 9 lol time for some spooky night before the real deal in December and January which is the Christmas celebration and new year.

Last night there was like a drag race, maybe because our street is like an Express Way so wide that it has four lanes including the bridge. The policemen were there to stop them because it was nearly midnight every body is sleeping. It was like an international event people were cheering and shouting.
Anyways back to the real deal right now I am enjoying my breakfast that is so simple just fried tilapia with a soy sauce and a plate of rice. Bon Apetit!

Kumusta kayo guys I've been busy today we watched movies sa Netflix yung sequel ng army of the dead na army of the thieves grabe ang ganda. Tapos nanood kami ng cartoons family bonding muna kasi di nakikisama ang panahon. Kanina nga nilagnat yung pamangkin kung bulinggit tapos ako kaninang madaling araw nilamig sobrang ginaw.
Nood muna ako ng the clash sa TV while kumakain ng TAKE HOME na food ni Mama. Carbonara at one piece chicken sarap lang kumain lalo na pag taglamig ganun yata yun gutom lagi ang mga alaga sa tyan 😂

Good evening folks I am done with my workout for today. And I also had my dinner. I'm always eating because I'm always hungry maybe because I am working out every other day. So I'm planning to take my half bath later I don't want to sleep sweaty and smelly.
Moving on this is literally me when my mother asks me to prepare a dish. Sa mga batang masunurin dyan ganyan gawin nyo pag inutusan kayo ng mga magulang nyo na ayusin pag nagluluto hahaha. Simple dish but the effort that is put towards arranging each tiny piece of fish, those were anchovies, is hilarious. This dish is a simple paksiw but I will rate this an A+. Try it!

Kumusta mga ka #NoiseCash? Today was a busy yet fun day. I am finally doing my laundry, no more postponements. I cooked rice and I washed my clothes using our washing machine that is not yet fully paid. While waiting for one hour I watched Pokemon movie on Netflix with my sister and niece until noon, we eat this pork adobo which has little to no sauce we call dried version. And we also have bagoong na hipon those tiny pinkish shrimps I like the recipe as it is not salty it is sweat instead tasted fresh too.
I'm going to watch Bridgerton, I want romance now, while finishing my laundry. And later I'll take a bath.

I woke up from the sound of my alarm, i turned on my alarm again every 6 hours Angelus and during 3pm the 3'oclock prayer. Because prayers are food for our souls, spirits everything spiritual.
This day seems unlikely be a sunny day. Hoping to have a sunny day just like yesterday because I want to do my laundry. Are you guys doing your laundry even if it's not sunny? Anyways time for breakfast. An instant mami with an egg is my meal now to warm my body up.

I'm done doing household chores like washing the dishes and cooking rice because I don't want my father to do them. My other siblings are not industrious to do the household chores hopefully I am feeling good and inspired because my father said today he will have his COVID 19 vaccine. I'm expecting him having bad feelings like a sick one.
While in the morning I cooked paksiw for lunch, my father told me there is a pack of matang baka in the fridge so i cooked it i put some magic sarap seasoning for an added taste lol am i the only one doing this? And I am the kuya I'm the officer in charge of the house because both of my parents are working. My father as a maintenance clerk of a public elementary. And my mother works as a sales agent of the telecommunications company Globe, a commission based work she has salary whenever she recruits a person of a broadband line. I'm always hoping and praying towards God that He strengthens my body and soul so that i might go back to finding job this time with an employer. Please pray for us all who are sick and suffering. This is how I describe my morning, when my mother started to scold us about what have happened last night, another money matter things. Then came my two sisters fighting. My predisposition was good from yesterday because I've had my workout done but it melted in an instant. This is kind of hard when you are sick and you encounter drama in real life. My heart was pounding real hard and feels like I'm gasping hard for air. Good thing I have my useful tool my dependable medicine Music, it calms me, motivates me.

Katapos ko lang mag workout syempre dahil may sakit ako sa baka pansin ko lang lumalaki tyan pero yung braso at dibdib ko ang payat lagi rin akong nanghihina at medyo violet yung kuko ko unlike sa mga healthy humans na mapula yung kuko at yung ilalim ng pilikmata sa baba. Ayun medyo masigla ako after working out tapos magana ako kumain kahit na minsan feeling ko yung ibang kinakain ko napupunta sa tubo na papuntang baga ko. Ilang araw na lang mauubos na yung gamot sa utak na pampatulog. Ayoko na mapanghinaan ng loob kaya ng Tita ko. Sabi nya improve ko daw sarili ko.
Anyways tama na sa seryosong usapin balik tayo sa hilig ko ang kumain. Ngayong gabi dahil nga maulan at malamig dala ng hanging amihan, eto nag tinolang manok kami na nilagyan ko ng sandamakmak na dahon ng malunggay! Hahahaha sa katabing pader lang kasi namin ay elementary school na pero may space na pwedeng pagtamnan ng kung anong gulay so yun na nga dahil matangkad ako dali lang mag bali ng sanga di rin naman hilig ng mayari ang kumain nun. Kayo din kain ng masustansya at wag mag puyat gaya ng ginagawa ko nung kabataan ko pa kasi hihina resistensya nyo madali kayong magkakasakit. Pray nyo naman ako na mamayang gabi di ako magising sa ingay napuputol kasi mahimbing kung tulog. At para nadin po sa Tita ko na may sakit din, sama nyo na din kakilala ko na may seryosong sakit nangayayat na din sya gaya ko ayaw sabihin sakit nya eh pero natubuhan sya sa leeg dati kaya may peklat sya ngayon. Sa lahat ng may pinagdadaanan sa buhay tuloy lang para saan pa at sa darating na mga araw ay kaginhawaan ating mararanasan sa awa ng poong maykapal, ang ating Panginoong Jesus Christ! What a rainy afternoon, akala ko naman maaraw ngayon bakit bigla na lang lumakas ang ulan baha tuloy sa loob ng kusina pero kunti lang gawa ng butas na yero namin tapos nakadikit kami sa pader kaya yung mga tubig ulan direcho papasok sa loob ng bahay namin. Anyways ako nagluto ng ulam namin ngayon madali lang naman lutuin ito kung pansin myo puro isda kami ngayon laging paksiw at gulay bawas bawas muna sa karne kasi malamig ang panahon baka ma stroke sa pagkain ng mga matataba.

It's a beautiful morning i started my day by listening to Original Pilipino Music, I already had my dinner with a glass of warm Alaska milk. Right now I'm sun bathing for my lungs are weak I always wake up at midnight soaked in by my sweat I really have to seek medical help with my chest. Anyways I'm eating now freshly picked young coconut or buko, for it's jyice and meat taste good!

Good evening @noise.cash community! I've been away for days because it has been busy. We had our family celebration, a special one because of my Aunt's 49th birthday. My Aunt is suffering from breast tumor now she also have an infection in her butt from a rash. She's bed ridden now that she can barely move her two feet. Yesterday when I arrived she was emotional i saw her teary eyed. She's separated from her husband and her children are living right now in Isabela Province, Northern Luzon with her husband's family. She needs physical therapist which is very expensive we're only poor asking help from politicians ot government aid for hospitalization. To make the tone nice, she had received not just one but I think 5 birthday caked from her friends and us her family. She's so happy because we gathered. I was too happy to see her in her condition. Let's pray that God gave her more strength and more years!

Today is Sunday and true enough I wake up with the sun shining, thank God! I forgot last night I did my exercise so now my body feels a little bit sore. Kaya kain muna ako ang ulam namin ay ginisang gulay na talong in english sauteed eggplant in oyster sauce, simple dish but I really like eating vegetables because I believe we came from the soil according to Bible the book of Genesis, that we should also eat food grown from the soil. I've had my dinner already, my viand is paksiw na Bangus. This dish is just simple but the milk fish makes it special. The cooking procedures are simple. The first is to combine all the ingredients together in a pot. The next is to boil until fully cooked. Later I'll list down all the ingredients for those who want to give it try.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. milkfish cleaned and sliced crosswise into serving pieces
3 thumbs ginger crushed
5 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1 piece onion sliced
1 piece Chinese eggplant chopped
5 pieces okra
2 pieces long green pepper
1 teaspoon whole peppercorn
Salt to taste
What's good with this dish is the white fat in the belly of this fish. In addition to it can be last longer without spoiling because of the vinegar.

Made with glutinous rice balls, plantain bananas, sweet potatoes and tapioca pearls that is cooked in sweet coconut milk, and to make it more special, jackfruit is also usually added.

Nagising na nga ako at naisipan kong magsipag mag luto. Para maiba naman nagluto ako ng instant Pancit Canton. Gustonh gusto ko yung maasim kung kaya ay nagluto ako ng Chili-Mansi, combination sya ng asim ng kalamansi at anghang ng sili. Hindi naman talaga ako mahilig kumain ng mga maaanghang kasi nga ayaw ko magkasakit na almuranas, parang bahagyang anghang lamang ang mayroon dito sa flavor na ito. Pantay lang yung anghang at asim nya kung kaya okay lang para sakin. Isang flavor pa na gusto ko sa pancit canton ay ang sweet and spicy kasi mahilig akong kumain ng mga minatamis.

This coming election in God's grace, dalawa lang napipisil ko na mga malinis ang track record pwedeng si VP Leni kahit na kahit di sya tanggap ng administration ay ginagawa parin nya ang ano mang paraan para makatulong kahit ang simpleng pagpapakain ng lugaw sa mga nasalanta ng mga sakuna. 1st pick ko sya kasi alam ko na pag sya maging pangulo maiintindihan nya ang pangangailangan ng mga tao sa bawat sulok ng bansa bilang ang pagiging ina ay hindi birong responsibilidad. Kung may isa pang kandidato ay kay Mayor Isko ako syempre anak mahirap maayos ang pagiging mayor nya sa Maynila kaya kampante ako na magagawa nya rin sa buong bansa.

Hi there noise cash people! Even the rainy days can't stop me from posting here because I enjoy sharing stories here. It's almost 5 pm still bad weather it's cold. I wore my white hoodie because i was wearing just sando, white one too. Anyways here is my story for tonight.
This is a close up photo of a Lechon or whole roasted pork. Warning this is bad for those with high blood pressure because this is high in fat and bad cholesterol! Each skin is super crunchy like when you break a thin film of glass and it's meat inside is so flavorful and juicy. The reason why it's crispy outside and juicy inside is the technique of how it is cooked we Filipinos use a very traditional way of piercing it through a long metal or bamboo stick then roast on charcoal, gently circling it until the whole pig is cooked that's A for effort and patience. Now let's talk about how is it flavorful, the stomach of this pig is stuffed with many herbs and spices like lemon grass and black pepper. But what actually happened is that after a great number of Chinese immigrants went to America, they brought with them the famed dish. While its exact origin is still under debate, some have claimed that it came from Taishan, Guangdong. This is because most of the earlier Chinese immigrants had come from this place. But because it has become such a well-known staple of Chinese-American cuisine, the most popular story actually begins in San Francisco. In 1849, during the era of the Gold Rush, it is said that when a group of intoxicated miners asked for food later in the night in Macao and Woosung restaurant. Because of how late it was, the owner decided to make the most of scraps from previous orders. They mixed it together for a more preferable taste, and ended up with none other than the Chop Suey. Let's start the day by eating a heavy meal. Breakfast is essential for we need enough energy althroughout the day. These are all fried remember to use cooking oil that are healthy like coconut oil. First is fried Daing marinated in soy sauce, lemon, bay leaf and ground black pepper. Next is eggplant sliced in half then fried in coconut oil. I also prepared bowl of diced tomatoes and red onions. For a stormy weather my father prepared pork nilaga another Filipino soup dish. This is one of my comfort food whenever i am sick. Each scoop is full of savory flavor from the tender meat and crunchy vegetables namely cabbage, potatoes, bananas and horseradish. In my plate is hot steamy white rice. It's a cloudy day today and my mother bought a kilo of fresh shrimps. Everyday in the wee hours after sunrise there is a man selling shrimps in a bucket he carries while shouting "pasayan" our local dialect for shrimp. Now my sister cooked it so she can have her late breakfast at roughly 8-9 in the morning. This dish is called sinigang na hipon. For those unacquainted with this dish, Sinigang na Hipon is a type of Filipino sour soup, wherein shrimp is used as the main ingredient. This dish also includes a variety of vegetables such as daikon radish, snake beans, okra, and eggplant. This dish is best served during cold weather. It is best enjoyed hot with a cup of white rice and a liter of sprite! #Photography
65 days before Christmas folks! Just want to say hi to all early birds. I had my my breakfast, last nights left over fish that my father reheated. I also drank my mug of saturated milk. Since I live in the province abundant of coconut trees, I drink freshly harvested young coconut juice we call "buko". Later I'll scrape off coconut meat with a spoon instead the coconut scraper whilst jamming to my favorite music. What's your early morning routine? #Photography
