Hi there noise cash people! Even the rainy days can't stop me from posting here because I enjoy sharing stories here. It's almost 5 pm still bad weather it's cold. I wore my white hoodie because i was wearing just sando, white one too. Anyways here is my story for tonight. This is a close up photo of a Lechon or whole roasted pork. Warning this is bad for those with high blood pressure because this is high in fat and bad cholesterol! Each skin is super crunchy like when you break a thin film of glass and it's meat inside is so flavorful and juicy. The reason why it's crispy outside and juicy inside is the technique of how it is cooked we Filipinos use a very traditional way of piercing it through a long metal or bamboo stick then roast on charcoal, gently circling it until the whole pig is cooked that's A for effort and patience. Now let's talk about how is it flavorful, the stomach of this pig is stuffed with many herbs and spices like lemon grass and black pepper. I forgot we bath the whole pig in sprite too so its skin will be crunchier than normal. If you are interested you can sound it off in the comments section. Good evening! #Photography
