This may be a simple dish, the shrimp was cooked by small amount of boiling water and when all the water evaporates then it is somehow toasted in a pan. This is Puto made up of grated cassava, balanghoy in our local dialect. The grated cassava can be stuffed with sweetened coconut meat or the grated cassava can be mixed with the sweetened coconut altogether and shaped into round shape then steamed with banana leaf underneath to prevent sticking with the surface. I turned this old packaging of a very famous brand of chocolate to safely store small to medium sized red onions and store them in a dark compartment so no pests like crawling cockroaches find them. Before I sleep i just want to share to you guys my secret technique in doing laundry. Because i once saw korean series or movie i have forgotten the title, the actress used her feet on her laundry so i tried it myself with my own laundry.
