Total blackout in the entire visayas region of the Philippines, ngcp, local electric cooperatives and the people gone mad already because it started in 11:59pm of August 21, 2021 until now there is still no electricity so everyone is awake waiting for it to come back. I'm so skeptical about what is happening because news outlets already wrote an article about it and ngcp hasn't been telling us via their social media accounts. #Photography
