Always make the right decision

This story is about a man who almost fell out of love with his wife because he found happiness in another person. In the first years of their relationship, they are so happy and you will think that no one can destroy it. So they decided to get married.

Let me first introduce the characters that will play a role in this short story. So you won't be confused who I'm talking to even if they are just four. XD

Disclaimer: this story is not related to the persons I know, this is not based on a true story. Just a fiction. (Based sa magulong imagination ko XD)

Alexa - wife of Ezekiel. Beautiful, kind and intelligent. She trusts and loves her husband so much.

Ezekiel - husband of Alexa. (I don't know what kind of man he is, I can't think of any. XD)

Andrei - the handsome baby, son of Alexa and Ezekiel.

Sheila - a friend of Ezekiel. She is from Canada and got home in their country.

Yeah, they are just the characters haha. Forgive me, I'm not good at telling eme eme stories. XD

In the small village of Craulo, you will find the happily married couple. Like a normal couple, they have fights too but it won't last a day that it didn't get fixed. They always make it for each other to not sleep because of resentment.

Ezekiel and Alexa were a great couple and all people are envying them. They are always traveling when they don't have work. They enjoy every second that they are together.

Then one day, Alexa got pregnant. The reason the family became more happy. They are now travelling with the baby. Alexa chose to take care of her children instead of getting a babysitter. The couple agreed that Ezekiel will work and Alexa will stay in their house with their son, Andrei.

Year has passed, Ezekiel got promoted to his work but the thing is he will be destined for another branch of the company. He told about the promotion and asked her if he should get it. He will not be able to go home everyday because it is too far from their house. When Alexa heard it she immediately told her husband to grab that opportunity.

The first month of Ezekiel on his job is fine but in the following months, Ezekiel becomes more busy and isn't able to go home even on the weekends, he rarely calls Alexa.

They started to fight because of lack of communication. They argue almost everyday.

Until one day, when Ezekiel drinking at the bar, Sheila approached her. At first, he can't recognize her, so Sheila introduced herself to his friend. They have chit chat, talking about their life. When 12 midnight, Ezekiel offer Sheila to drive her home. When they arrived to Sheila's house, Ezekiel surprised that it is just near in his apartment.

Fastforward...

Almost every night they go outside together when Ezekiel is free from work. He always forgets to call his wife.

Alexa is worried about her husband, she thinks that Ezekiel is so tired of work and has sleepless nights.

Ezekiel finds himself happy and stress-free when he's with Sheila. He is now confused about what feelings he has. He is doubting his love for Alexa and he is no longer happy with her unlike when he was with Sheila.

So he reflects on his actions.

He perceived that he was just temporarily happy because of Sheila, he looked back to the memories he had with Alexa. He realized how much Alexa loved him and cared for him and vice versa. He can't lose Alexa. So he decided to not meet Sheila anymore and he went home to apologize to Alexa. They live a happy family again.
