FOODlog #355: Wagyu Bangers & Mash
One of the Saturdays last month it was scheduled that there was gonna be only 4 people working that day. I bought some sausages that I saw were going for 30% discount and it was still fresh as it was made in the morning that day itself.
I bought chicken sausages and wagyu beef sausages, 4 of each in view that the staff meal everyone would have at least 1 of each sausages. Not the first time we've made bangers & mash for our staff meal but this has got the be one of the best ones yet!
I fried them on the griddle until they were fully cooked and had a nice char. For the other components of the dish I made roasted broccoli with garlic and butter. This is one of our go-to side dishes whenever we are tight on time to cook a meal.
Another side dish of course is the mash. A simple mash with butter and chicken powder seasoning that's super delicious and full of flavor.
A super delicious lunch meal that was easy and quick to prepare but very satisfying and tasty.
That looks yummy. I think the staff enjoyed it. 😍
