Got some local roadside Ramly burgers tonight. Ramly is a local brand of burger patties that you'll find many roadside burger stalls use for their burgers.
It's processed meat but man are they delicious and have become a part of Malaysian culture. These small stalls are everywhere and although they use the same patty, they have their own variation to the sauces and condiments they use to put their own signature stamp.
This one is from a burger shop called Rosli Burgers and they've been selling at the same spot for 2 decades. I've eaten their burgers since I was a teenager to now in my 30s and they still taste as good.
Tonight I ordered a beef burger special for my wife which comes with the beef patty wrapped in a fluffy omelette. For myself, I ordered a rabbit burger special which is also wrapped in an omelette. The vegetables were shredded cabbage, slices of cucumber and some slices of onion. The sauces were chili sauce and mayo which are very classic sauces for these burgers.
My rabbit burger was peppery and taste a little like the chicken burgers which are more common. A little more pricey but taste pretty much like the chicken burger.
Next round, I'll order a deer patty burger 😊
Local street burger are so yummy! I love them friend. I can also save hehehh
