Had a 'Siew pau' for breakfast and teatime today.

'Siew Pau' is a crusty baked flaky pastry that has a sweet and savory barbecue pork mixture as its filling. It's stuffed then baked until golden brown and delicious, full of savory flavors and roasted barbecue aroma filling your whole kitchen.

It's a classic Chinese dish here in Malaysia that originated from Seremban but has now become a local favorite everywhere.
