And about 30 minutes of daily exercise is compulsory and it doesn't take time.

It is important and then bedtime plays a very important role to keep your body healthy so sleep is also very important.So sleep well and live a healthy life.

And we should live a stresd-free life.These worries are our own creation. We ride on everything around us and think too much and thus spoil our body system.

So if one adopts this principle on a daily basis, he has saved himself to a great extent.
