Life Lessons
Life itself is a big lesson to those who really wants to understand but sadly we never pay heed to it before we go through a lot. I think I'm not too late for this contest as I was thinking to participate in this contest because I found it according to my taste.
Life is weired sometimes and at the same time it's a blessing for all of us. This is my entry for Navi's contest "Life lessons".
Before my age I become mature and strong while these must be the days we all have to enjoy but the hard thing is we all are suffering from different hardships and issues.
**No One is Yours**
As you all heard about this but we never believe it. Is there anyone who believe it by heart??
You can't believe untill you experienced. But why I am saying this? I truly believe that no one is mine except my mom. Even my siblings, relatives, friends, mates, boyfriend, best friend no one is mine. Believe me or not they'll always be with you only in your happiness not in your worst days.
I've a big circle of friends (fake) and they contact me while they need something from me or need any type of help from me.
I know everyone is going through a lot but everyone is selfish for their own happiness even your siblings and relatives too.
**Don't trust anyone**
The big question now a days is to whom should we trust?
Why are you in of need of finding the one who trusts you??
As for me I trusted a lot of people then what happened? They all broke my trust even not a single person is here in my life whom I proudly say yes this is the one I trust the most.
The traumas that happened in my early age I can't forget all these and that's why I've trust issues and from that to this day I trusted 2 people and hoped that they'll never break my trust..even they broke my trust into pieces.
So never trust on anyone they'll just try to find out your weak point and torture you.
**No one deserve to be loved**
You know what why our generation is sad now a days and why is it hard to find happiness all around because of these non existence relationships. This is attraction not love..
You can't claim that it's love if you never be with your partner even in good or bad situation. Only your parents are the ones whom should be loved..
Otherwise don't waste your feelings and emotions to useless person or the person who is in search of lust.
**Never share your personal life with anyone**
I never shared my personal life or info to anyone especially on online forum. Because once I shared my life issues with someone after some days he started torturing me mentally because he knew that I'm afraid of that thing and that experience was the worst experience of my life.
And now everybody insisted me to open up my all issues and sadness but I can't and how can I trust the stranger whom I don't know when they show their real faces.
**Never be a friend of Hypocrite**
As for me I've no friends whom I trust the most and everyone know about this although my friends circle is big enough.
I posted earlier "Once my bestie was my biggest enemy" after this experience what you're expecting from me? They will destroy you in any case. They'll give you happy smile every time but be careful because now a days Hypocrisy is at it's peak. So try not to be a friend of Hypocrite.
**Love yourself**
At the end, I would say no body will ever be there to love you. They'll surely leave you alone around the wolves.
The only way to survive in this world is just be yourself, trust yourself and love yourself ❤️ otherwise survival in this world would be difficult.

There was an incident in the spirit of cricket once when everyone forbade me to play in the future but it didn't happen hahaha.When I was in 7th class, I arrived at school an hour earlier I used to go and play cricket with my seniors and I used to play cricket in the morning without breakfast. I didn't see any heat or cold. It was hot in those days and I played openly in the morning and when our assembly was taking place I failed miserably. And I fainted in the assembly😁.
So my teachers picked me up and gave me juice and then when I got home then my parnets baned cricket for me and I didn't play for a week but started playing cricket again after week😁.
And then from 8th to 12th Grade,I played very little cricket because I was busy in studying but whenever I went to school or college I didn't forget to play cricket.
And when I went to university I became the captain of cricket there and became the "Executive member of Sports society".Cricket is my spirit and cricket is my obsession which will always be with me.

The Year 2020!!
2020 is a happy year for many but it is the worst year of my life. If I say throw it in the bad years of my life, it will not be bad and many people will not agree with it.
**First on, January**
When the first month of the year was full of troubles for me, the rest of the months were to complete my whole work.In that year, I separated from my sister because she got married, because it is good to get married, but I was very attached to her and I couldn't stand her separation.
She was like an oxygen for me but when marriages took place everything would change and she have to take care of her house and now I talk to her very little because she is busy and I missed her so much this month and cried a lot because I lost my best friend(my sister).
**Birthday month, February**
My birthday is in early February and it was very useless because then one of our neighbors died.I didn't celebrate my birthday.
Then in college the sport week was canceled in February due to exams and I hoped that The rest of the months went well, but they got worse and worse.
**Hello March**
The arrival of Covid-19 in our country started in March and the loved ones of many people were separated from them and everyone had a holiday and everyone stayed at home and the people were starving.

As a medical student, I could not save my Dad.When he died, it seemed as if someone had taken my heart out.I still feel heartbroken and can't believe this that he has gone.
This grief, this pain, everyone can hear and talk, but no one knows what it means to be sad,to be hurts and to be separated, it would be very easy to say go ahead and Be strong but ask this person,how could he go on who fulfilled his father's wish but his could not see his dream?

Everyone said that the person is getting attention by making sad posts, but when I mentioned my father,words of grief and darkness automatically added in posts.You don't know until you experience it.
My father died of heart failure, not of Covid-19, and that very morning I spoke to him and spent the day sitting beside him, crying and hugging him because I knew I will never be able to touch him and I will never be able to see him again.
**Do you know what grief is? Why is this year so cruel for me?**
Because this year I was orphaned, my dearest thing was separated from me and my year passed in the same grief that why only me ?? Why only my father ?? And why so soon ?? Why don't this cruel year could have been ten more years apart??
As less as I write because this grief is so much that I even fill many blank pages.But this grief is such that All my life I remember him in every joy and sorrow.That's how May and June passed cried like this.
**July-August**
These are the months where I saw the blood relations change. To tell the truth, father is like an umbrella and when this umbrella removes out from your head,the intensity of the sun would fall clearly on you and this is exactly what happened. It so happened that my uncles made life difficult for us.

Our uncles began to feel distrustful and they started showing real faces that we did not even know them alaaas and started occupying our lands. Maybe they were waiting for Baba to leave. **September-October**
I faced hatred on uptrennd and writing about it for the first time.I don't know who I hurt but I hated as much as I killed one of their family member but whyy??
Yeah all that sounds pretty crap to me,but I don't know the reason for this.
And since the colleges were open since September, I fell ill as soon as I went to college for two weeks.
And there were some serious reports and the pain I endured these days.Those days was so painful but the physical pain a person can endure by eating painkiller but the pain that is internal to a person is just blood flow and there is no painkiller for it.
And October passed in the same illness and trouble, and the tension of a study was so great that man could not think of anything else.
**November**
The month of exams has come to an end and I was so busy that I just study and just study.Only stresswas my partner in those days because it is very difficult to pass in medical and this month had passed in exams and tension.
**December**
It didn't bring any color and this month is going to be painful because the marriage of my cousins and what joys and marriages for us?
That our joys are gone from this world when my Dad left this world.I know life never stops but the tone of our loved ones and their behavior killed a human being internally, his faith just risen from the world to human beings and this is what happened to me.
**Lessons Learned in 2020**
The people are so cruel and behind every laugh there is pain. Every laughing person does not have to be happy but he has to laugh to hide the pain, otherwise in our side it is called attention seeking.
Because in our side a man does not understand the pain of others until That he should not go through this phase by himself.
And I learned one thing this year No one is your own whether it is a blood relationship or someone else. They will be with you but they are far away from you and no one can see anyone sad for long he gets tired.
Life is so short,death comes immediately and then many people become orphaned, poor and widowend.
**So if you cannot do good to anyone, do not harm them.**

How to Perform CPR?? Must Read
CASE A 45-year-old man,a heart patient suddenly **fainted, no pulse** and can't feel his vitals, no sound of heart beat when his blood pressure was checked and he is **slightly breathing.** What is you going to do in this situation if you hear slightly the sound of heart beat after applying the stethoscope on heart.He is in **cardiac arrest.**So what will you do in this situation???
**CPR(Cardiopulmonary resuscitation)**
CPR is a life-saving method, sometimes performed when the heart stops beating and cardiac arrest occurs. Heart attack and cardiac arrest occurs immediately so if no one can see lying unconscious person in front of us then you have to perform a few steps to save his life.
As soon as someone is **unconscious** or at home or on the street, you should first call an **ambulance**.You have to call and in the meantime you have to keep the patient alive.
Lay the patient down and when you hear his breathing approaching, if you hear a breathing sound, immediately **open his airways.**
Then place the **palm** of your hand in the middle of his chest as shown in the picture and be careful not to press hard because of Ribs.
And then press the chest with your hands repeatedly and every thirty times it will need to some air.
And at that time a person is not in his senses, then there is not so much time.If an apparatus is arranged immediately, then it's valid good but you have to do **mouth to mouth CPR.**
After **30** compressions,then stop compressing it and then close his nose and blow in his mouth with your mouth and **blow twice.** Make sure that no air escapes and it should go into his mouth.
Keep performing until you reach the hospital and be rescued there.
Can it only perform by doctors?? No no it can be used in case of any emergency and anyone can perform it.
**NOTE**
Everyone should have a vasodilator like **Adrenaline** in their homes, especially in the home of those who are heart patients.And inject it immediately in case of cardiac arrest and this injection is IV(intravenous).

Tips for Healthy Life
When I first entered the medical college, we had our first meeting with the principal and one of his words remained in my mind and he gave us tips for a healthy life and now I'm sharing with you Guys. A healthy body requires 4 things.
The food we just eat and don't even care if its quality will be tolerated by our body and how much our body needs.We just ignore it. He gave the example that only pets are brought to the hospital and not wild animals because we keep stuffing our delicious food in their mouths and they get sick.
Similarly, if you eat too much, your stomach will not tolerate it, then it becomes fat and then in the same way you become a victim of many diseases, so no Not only quality but also quantity should be considered.
And about 30 minutes of daily exercise is compulsory and it doesn't take time.
It is important and then bedtime plays a very important role to keep your body healthy so sleep is also very important.So sleep well and live a healthy life.
And we should live a stresd-free life.These worries are our own creation. We ride on everything around us and think too much and thus spoil our body system.
So if one adopts this principle on a daily basis, he has saved himself to a great extent.

How to Handle a Stubborn Child?
Every parent wants to train their child well and they just can't make it as they want and can't even imagine how much they love us.
I've been very naughty and stubborn since I was a kid and maybe no one did as much mischives as I did and that's why I got hit as hard as I did. Since I regained consciousness,I found myself with the devil's gut😉.
My worst habit was to hangs out and wandering here and there and still I Iove hang Outs and my mom didn't like it. Not that I didn't study,I was always a topper Lol.
I used to have this routine of coming back from school and leaving home even if it was summer or winter. I could not stay at home and when I came home my mother used to beat me a lot😆.
I was beaten with sticks, pipes and slaps because I was very stubborn and I repeat this routine on daily basis after beating by mom.She did and did not listen to anyone.
I was just scared of my Dad but Dad never said anything to us. Our neighbors used to complain about me because I rang the bell of their houses and run away and I punctured the tires of cars with needles parked in the street and I was a don in my town because I played with boys Lol.
This is not to say that my mother is not good or she is bad or something,No she is my mom that's why she did it but that the parents start beating the child for his mistakes and the child become more stubborn.
Is Beating a cure for handling a stubborn child ??

You keep telling him to do what he doesn't want to do and you're forcing him to do what he don't want to do so who is more stubborn??
Lovingly explain to him that it is wrong and everything changes with time and there are something which he can't change nor you can change and he learn his mistakes by time.
He will be intelligent and believe me he'll learn by himself with passage of time and just give him authority of his own body and don't force him to do something.I think it's natural and we can't do anything.
Your beating is of no use. If it stays, don't stop the children but let them do what they want....
