A fresh new start on April Fool's Day

Today marks a fresh new start of a new month. I know it'll be a great new month, full of challenges and blessings. But for this day, it has been celebrated with lots of jokes and pranks since it's April Fool's for today. Even as it is, I am thankful to God that new doors will be opening for this month.

Looking back. .

I wanna just share how much efforts I've actually spent for the last month. As a read.cash user, March was my month of breakthrough here. I've been able to write quite a lot for last month and made a bit of decent savings for myself, lots of thanks to my friendly supporters here in read for your up votes and also to the green baby for motivating me for the entire month of March.

For the month of March, I feel so happy that I got the best of myself and prevented laziness from reigning all over my life. I feel happy that I've been able to write 18 articles for the entire month, there were days that I got unmotivated and have not been able to write every day. But still I am happy that I was able to save enough for personal expenses these days, especially that I am still, and always looking for a job in real life for months now, haha.

So far, this has been the biggest amount that I've accumulated so far, it may not be as much as my fellow users have acquired here. But still I am glad that I am able to enjoy the fruits of my hardwork here in read.

Now back for today's tradition. .

I've been seeing a lot of pranks and jokes in Facebook lately.

Pregnancy

I could really count how many women have updated their status for today as if they're pregnant with a matching photo of pregnancy test kits showing positive results. I knew this would come today as a prank so I really said to myself, I am not buying these kinds of jokes for today, haha. As it really happens every year. Not much of a thrill for today hahaha.

Relationship Status

I also noticed that, there are a lot of single facebook users who randomly posted "In A Relationship" on their Facebook accounts. It's like its very obvious but for some, I did not spoil the fun haha. If that's how they we want to enjoy the date for today, then its their choice in life. If it really is true then, I am happy for you char haha.

But what really caught my attention in FB for today was. .

When I saw a post of someone who is ordering random food orders from a delivery app, but instead of doing a prank that gave a negative outcome. It was a great act, as he / she contacted and told the delivery riders on the way to take the orders at home to share with their families and it didn't cause any problems as the food orders were already paid by the Customer. It was not much of a big thing, but there was one rider who really appreciated the simple gesture of this one rider and really thanked this customer, as these things don't come often and it really made the delivery riders feel very appreciated for their acts of service.

Closing thoughts. .

I never thought that even though its a day full of pranks all around, but today was still full of surprises and there are lots to learn from. Also, for this month, I'd strive to do better that how I did it last month. I am not placing a high expectation on myself but truly I'd appreciate anything that goes in my life.
