After a busy day, it was nice to loosen up. We need a break even for a second.
So come on, stop what you are doing even for a moment and get a break. You need that to regain your strength. Don't be overly harsh with yourself. Work when needed, rest when exhausted.
So have a seat, take hold of your favorite snack and unwind. You deserve to be given that because of your hard work.
