Reasons to Smile Each Day Many see smiling simply as an unintended reaction to things that bring joy or laughter to you. Although this point is definitely valid, what most people miss is that smiling can be a voluntary reaction just as much as a deliberate and effective decision. Countless research studies have shown that a true smile is commonly viewed as appealing to those around us. Other research has shed light on how the act of smiling will boost your mood and the feeling of those around you. A strong link between good health, longevity, and smiling has been identified. Most notably, studies have shown that just the act of smiling (making the physical facial forms and movements) can have both short- and long-term effects for the health and well-being of people, whether the product of actual joy or an act. Perhaps not persuaded? Here are the top ten reasons why you should make a deliberate effort every day to smile. 1. Smiling Makes Us Attractive the Most Naturally, we are attracted to individuals that smile. There is a true physical factor of attraction related to the smiling act. Not surprisingly, more serious or negative facial gestures, such as frowns, scowls, and grimaces, actually work the same way, driving people away effectively. Alternatively, use the pulling power of your smile to lure people in. 2. It Relieves Stress Stress can impregnate our whole being, and it can really manifest in our faces. Not only does smiling help to stop us from feeling tired, run down, and overwhelmed, but it can also help to relieve stress. Believe it or not, even though you do not feel like smiling or even know why you're smiling, smiling will alleviate stress! Take the time to put on a smile when you are nervous. The rewards will be reaped by you and those around you. 3. Smiling Enhances our Mood Try putting on a smile next time you are feeling down. There is a strong probability that the attitude will change for the better. Since the physical act of smiling actually stimulates neuronal messaging in your brain, smiling will trick the body into helping you boost your mood. The release of neuronal signaling that stimulates neuropeptides and mood-boosting neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin can be activated by a simple smile. As a natural anti-depressant, think of laughing. 4. It is Contagious How many smiles have the power to lighten up the room been described as having? Although it is a beautiful feeling for sure, it carries a hint of reality. Not only does smiling have the ability to elevate your mood, but it can also alter others' moods and make things better. An unconscious automatic response region is the part of your brain that is responsible for managing the smiling facial expression. In other words, smiling can be entirely unconscious, particularly when it comes to our habit of imitating the smile of another person. Yeah, it's been proved scientifically that smiles are "contagious!". 5. Boosts Immune System Smiling will improve your overall health as well. Actually, the act of smiling makes the human immune system function more efficiently. It is assumed that immune function increases when you smile because you are more relaxed (thanks to the release of certain neurotransmitters). Why not try to avoid the cold and flu by smiling, in addition to taking steps like washing your hands? 6. Lowers Blood Pressure There is a measurable drop in your blood pressure when you smile. If you have a blood pressure monitor at home, give it a try. Sit down for a couple of minutes, take a read. Then smile and take another reading for a minute while still smiling. Are you seeing a difference? 7. It Makes Us Feel Good Smiling activates endorphins, natural painkillers, and serotonin, studies have shown. Together, from head to foot, these three neurotransmitters make us feel nice. These natural chemicals not only elevate your mood, but also calm your body and decrease physical pain. Smiling is a drug that is normal. 8. It Makes us Look Younger Smiling can not only make you more desirable, it can also make you look more youthful. The muscles that we use to smile often raise the face, making a younger person look. And you'll look younger and feel happier instead of going for a facelift, just remember to smile your way through the day. 9. Smiling makes you Look Successful Studies have shown that individuals who smile regularly are more relaxed, are more likely to be promoted, and are more likely to be approached. At meetings and company appointments, aim to put on a smile. You may notice people respond differently to you. 10. It Helps you Stay Positive Give this test a try: smile. Now, without losing your smile, try to think about something unpleasant. It's tough, isn't it? Even if a smile seems uncomfortable or forced, by smiling, it still gives the brain and eventually the rest of our body the message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from sadness, tension, and concern. Soo far these reasons shows a lot of benefits by just simply smiling, not that hard right? Soo by now you should give your smile to everyone even strangers! Just like this one.

I'm Listening I'm here to listen to you. I have so highly appreciated being heard all my life. We're living in a noisy, busy world, and sometimes it feels like we can yell, with tears in our eyes, and no one's going to listen. There is a difference between listening and hearing, and while we all know that we still get confused at an inherent level, occasionally. When anyone tells us that we're not listening, we do not understand how we can do that. But without listening, we can hear, and we can be there, without really being there for anybody. I did not understand the idea of keeping room for a long time. I have heard the word so many times, but I have not fully grasped its significance. I get it right now. Holding space means creating space inside yourself, setting aside your understanding, your feelings, your emotions, and holding space for the other person. Even if you feel bad about what they say, feel irritated, feel confused. You may never completely understand what they mean, but they only ask you to be there to listen, to open up a room in your heart that says, "I care enough to listen to your thoughts, even if we may never agree, even if we may never be the same. Yet I care for you as a human being and as a spirit." I refused to place my voice in turmoil. For one thing, I don't want to say the wrong thing. I don't want to strip away the most powerful voices that deserve to be heard. Second, our world is so full of people voicing their thoughts right now and I don't want to do that either. All I'm trying to say is that I believe in the power of passion, the power of communication, and the power to be understood. I have experienced the pain of not being heard, and I have experienced the joy of being heard, and I want to give this gift to others. So if you read this I'm asking you to hold your room. Hold space for someone you do not understand. Keep space for those who are in unimaginable pain right now, for those who sound like they're crying with tears in their eyes, and they're still not heard. Hold space for the black people in our lives, in our neighborhoods, in our world, who need their voices to be heard right now. Whether or not you feel comfortable when you hear what they say. And it's for listening today. And only if we first listen do we understand how to help and how to heal.

What you need to Know about the Cat Licking Hello everyone, It's me again The Explorer. And tonight let me share to you facts about cats. I know there are some people who still wonders why cats usually lick their furs. However some cats don't seem to lick and some cats lick all the time. Pet lovers often ask questions as to why cats lick and try to decide when pet licking is usual and when licking is odd. Cat licking is part of natural maternal instincts and grooming habits, but these habits may become intensified and irregular. The response to the question whether cat licking is abnormal depends on whether the behavior is recent, whether the licking appears to be part of normal grooming behavior, or whether the licking is associated with an underlying behavioral or medical problem. Next, let 's look at why the cats are licking. **Understanding Normal Cats Licking and Grooming** A typical healthy cat will lick to keep it reasonably clean. Most cats are fastidious and spend a fair amount of time grooming. The amount of time per day cats groom can vary considerably from cat to cat, but studies indicate that cats spend about 15% of their time grooming. **Cleaning up. The primary reason why cats lick themselves is to remove dirt , debris and odors. In the wild, cats will kill their prey, leaving blood and smells on their own. To protect themselves, cats take precautions to eliminate any odors that linger from destroying their prey so that they do not become the prey of another species. Cats may also want to eliminate other odors from their hair, such as human smells. Some cats are going to clean themselves right after you pet them to remove your scent and even their own scent.** **The conduct of displacement. Some cats use grooming or licking as a conduct of displacement. For certain cats are nervous, they can cope with grooming (which gives them comfort). This displacement behavior helps cats deal with stress by decreasing their arousal levels. For example, if a cat is frightened by another household animal, at some point during a meeting, the cat might stop and, obviously, groom itself for a few minutes. This behavior might turn into a compulsive disorder.** **Post-birth grooming. After giving birth, the queen grooms herself to remove her natural blood and discharge. This is an instinct to eliminate the odors that would attract prey.** **Breastfeeding mum. After birth, the queen immediately licks the kittens to remove the amniotic bags from their faces and bodies that stimulate breathing. She's just trying to chew through the umbilical cords and eat the placentas. This is an entirely natural action. After birth and during the first few weeks of her life, the queen also licks her kittens. Licking their belly and anus helps babies to dispose of waste (urinate and defecate). Kittens usually learn to start grooming at about 3 weeks of age. Sometimes at 6 weeks of age, the kittens groom themselves competently.** **Allogrooming, guy. When the kittens have learned to groom themselves, they will start grooming each other. This activity is known as alogrooming. This is very normal in cats that grow up together.** **Thermal control. Licking the coat of fur may help cats regulate their body temperature. In cold weather, cats will lick their fur to smooth it, which traps the air to keep it warm. During the summer months, cats will lick their hair, which evaporates and helps to keep them cool.** **They like it, kid. Other cats are licking ... just because they like to. Some cats love and take comfort in their licking sensation**. I hope I made it clear to you guys, anyways if you enjoyed reading this article you are free to subscribe me. Til next time, bye bye! #StaySafe #TheExplorer

Why i'm cold? Hey, These past few days was rough for me since, i was having my episodes on bipolar depression. I was very anxious to talk to people, that's why they see me as a cold person. They were apparently avoiding me, just small talks, including my family. I was on a very rough situation since i needed someone who i can talk to but, also i was afraid because they will see me as a burden since all i can talk about is my situation. I just needed someone who can break my barrier, who really just want to see me as a person, not just a human substitute. I know also my short comings since, i rarely open up or talk to people because i have trust issues. But its hard for a person, who was traumatized about being left by someone who was to be on your side. It was very hard to really open up, because people might just want to use you. All i know is that i was all alone, no one cared for me because i'm just a stuck up bitch. No one is really there for me at all. That's why i'm closing myself to everyone.

New 7 Wonders of the World **Hello Everyone, it's me again The Explorer. How is your day going? I hope you're doing fine staying here in this platform. Today let's take a tour on our lovely 7 Wonders of the World. Since most of us are stuck at home. And also not mentioning if we can afford a plane ticket to have a trip personally lol, soo let's do it virtually. LET'S FLY** (Trust him, his an engineer 😊 ) Great Wall of China (China) Built between the 5th century B.C. and the 16th century, the Great Wall of China is a stone-and-earth fortification created to protect the borders of the Chinese Empire from invading Mongols. The Great Wall is actually a succession of multiple walls spanning approximately 4,000 miles, making it the world's longest manmade structure. Christ the Redeemer Statue (Rio de Janeiro) The Art Deco-style Christ the Redeemer statue has been looming over the Brazilians from upon Corcovado mountain in an awe-inspiring state of eternal blessing since 1931. The 130-foot reinforced concrete-and-soapstone statue was designed by Heitor da Silva Costa and cost approximately $250,000 to build - much of the money was raised through donations. The statue has become an easily recognized icon for Rio and Brazil. Machu Picchu (Peru) Machu Picchu, an Incan city of sparkling granite precariously perched between 2 towering Andean peaks, is thought by scholars to have been a sacred archaeological center for the nearby Incan capital of Cusco. Built at the peak of the Incan Empire in the mid-1400s, this mountain citadel was later abandoned by the Incas. The site remained unknown except to locals until 1911, when it was rediscovered by archaeologist Hiram Bingham. The site can only be reached by foot, train or helicopter; most visitors visit by train from nearby Cusco. Chichen Itza (Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico) The genius and adaptability of Mayan culture can be seen in the splendid ruins of Chichen Itza. This powerful city, a trading center for cloth, slaves, honey and salt, flourished from approximately 800 to 1200, and acted as the political and economic hub of the Mayan civilization. The most familiar ruin at the site is El Caracol, a sophisticated astronomical observatory. The Roman Colosseum (Rome) Rome's, if not Italy's, most enduring icon is undoubtedly its Colosseum. Built between A.D. 70 and 80 A.D., it was in use for some 500 years. The elliptical structure sat nearly 50,000 spectators, who gathered to watch the gladiatorial events as well as other public spectacles, including battle reenactments, animal hunts and executions. Earthquakes and stone-robbers have left the Colosseum in a state of ruin, but portions of the structure remain open to tourists, and its design still influences the construction of modern-day amphitheaters, some 2,000 years later. Taj Mahal (Agra, India) A mausoleum commissioned for the wife of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, the Taj Mahal was built between 1632 and 1648. Considered the most perfect specimen of Muslim art in India, the white marble structure actually represents a number of architectural styles, including Persian, Islamic, Turkish and Indian. The Taj Mahal also encompasses formal gardens of raised pathways, sunken flower beds and a linear reflecting pool. Petra (Jordan) Declared a World Heritage Site in 1985, Petra was the capital of the Nabataean empire of King Aretas IV, and likely existed in its prime from 9 B.C. to A.D. 40. The members of this civilization proved to be early experts in manipulating water technology, constructing intricate tunnels and water chambers, which helped create an pseudo-oasis. A number of incredible structures carved into stone, a 4,000-seat amphitheater and the El-Deir monastery have also helped the site earn its fame. Amazing right? Please share your thoughts about this 7 Wonders of the World in the comment section . I hope someday I can visit these places but first let us focus battling with this pandemic. You can check also my article about Covid - 19. I hope you enjoy our virtual tour, for more of such meaningful content you can subscribe me. It will be my pleasure 😊 til next time. Bye bye! 10 Things You Didn’t Know About the Titanic **Hello Everyone, its me again the Explorer. Today I will be sharing to you some of the things you might didn't know about the Titanic. As we all know Titanic is one of the biggest shipwreck ever recorded in the History, making it more popular by the movie itself "Titanic". I think most of us saw the movie of it right? Well common I know you have watched it. Hahaha ok now let's get it started!** (know you smile a bit lol😂) 1. A full moon may have caused the fatal iceberg to cross paths with the ship Scientists arrived at a new theory that the full moon months before could be to blame for the Titanic‘s collision with the iceberg, which killed about 1,500 people. Quoting astronomer Donald Olson of Texas State University-San Marcos, National Geographic’s Richard A. Lovett wrote, “That full moon, on January 4, 1912, may have created unusually strong tides that sent a flotilla of icebergs southward-just in time for Titanic‘s maiden voyage.” This wasn’t a normal full moon, though: “It was the closest lunar approach, in fact, since A.D. 796, and Earth won’t see its like again until 2257,” wrote Lovett. 2. Nearly five Titanics could be built with the money James Cameron’s Titanic has made worldwide According to the California ScienCenter, the Titanic would cost about $400 million to build today. James Cameron’s Academy Award-winning film Titanic has earned over $1.84 billion worldwide since its release in 1997-enough to construct about 4.6 complete replicas of the ship. That’s not counting money earned from the 3D re-release of the film in spring 2012! 3. Research says an optical illusion prevented the ship from receiving help British historian Tim Maltin believes that the atmosphere on the night of the sinking created conditions that made it difficult for the crew to spot icebergs-and for other ships to spot the Titanic. Smithsonian magazine reported, “Atmospheric conditions in the area that night were ripe for super refraction, Maltin found. This extraordinary bending of light causes miraging, which, he discovered, was recorded by several ships in the area. He says it also prevented the Titanic‘s lookouts from seeing the iceberg in time and the freighter Californian from identifying the ocean liner and communicating with it.” 4. Researchers completed a map of the wreck site in 2012, using over 100,000 photos taken by underwater robots The Associated Press reported in early March that a team of researchers completed “what’s believed to be the first comprehensive map of the entire 3-by-5-mile Titanic debris field,” a milestone that could lead to more insights as to what happened when the ship sank on April 15, 1912. “An expedition team used sonar imaging and more than 100,000 photos taken from underwater robots to create the map, which shows where hundreds of objects and pieces of the presumed-unsinkable vessel landed,” wrote AP reporter Clarke Canfield. Though the site wasn’t fully mapped until now, the Titanic‘s wreckage was first discovered in September 1985 by underwater explorer Robert Ballard. 5. $95,000: The expected auction price for the Titanic‘s final lunch menu The Telegraph reports that the actual menu will likely fetch big bucks when it hits the auction block. Millionaire Titanic passenger Benjamin Guggenheim may well have eaten the meal, which included grilled mutton chops and smoked sardines. 6. More than 5,000 other artifacts went up for grabs Collectors with deep pockets will be able to bid on everything from silverware to pieces of the actual boat, reports CNN. The collection of items had been priced at $189 million previously. 7. Did an 1898 novella anticipate the Titanic disaster? The plot of Morgan Robertson’s Futility bears an uncanny resemblance to the events surrounding the sinking of the Titanic, published 14 years before the voyage. The book tells the story of the Titan: “The largest ship ever built, billed as ‘unsinkable’ by its British owners and the press, strikes an iceberg one April and goes down. Due to a lack of lifeboats, more than half the passengers perish in the North Atlantic,” wrote The Portland Press Herald of the book’s plot. 8 . There’s an app for that Those looking for more of a 21st century experience will find tons of information in The History Press’ “Titanic: Her Story” iPad app. It includes a photo slideshow, sinking timeline, and more. 9. $2 Million: The cost to preserve the historic Belfast dock where the Titanic was built According to BBC News, over $2 million was set aside for work on the Thompson Graving dock in “the largest single investment ever made by the Department of the Environment in support of an historic monument.” A new building was constructed to safeguard the area against flooding. 10. Even today, major ships still get “iced” by ocean bergs Ships continue to struggle with icebergs to this day. “Only last year, an iceberg tore a hole in the hull of a Russian fishing boat cruising around the Antarctic. The 32-person crew threw cargo overboard to lighten the ship while waiting nearly two weeks for rescue,” wrote Lauren Everitt for BBC News Magazine. Well what can you say about this? Please share your comments and reactions on the comment box. For more contents like this, you can subscribe to me guys. Til next time. Byebye 😊 #StaySafe #TheExplorer

How to Earn Money Online Earning money has typically been associated with and restricted to traditional 'offline' route. With the Internet taking over a large part of our lives, more people are looking to ways to earn money online to increase their financial inflows, with secondary income streams. You should be mindful of the platform that you opt for. While there are numerous ways to earn money online, some of these might be fake. Also, do not expect to earn a huge amount quickly when using online avenues to earn money. Now with a situation involving more time at home and/or more free time in general, maybe fewer working hours for some, some of you might have some free time on hands. Here are a few online platforms, websites and tools that can help you earn money online. **1. Freelancing** Freelancing has always been a popular way to earn money online and the Internet has several options. There are several websites offering freelance tasks for people with varying skills. All you need to do is to create an account, browse through the listings, and apply for the task that suits you. Some websites may even require you to create a personal listing with the details of your skillset, so that interested clients can contact you directly. Outfiverr.com, upwork.com, freelancer.com, and worknhire.com are some websites that provide freelance jobs. You can earn anywhere between $5 and $100 through these websites. But remember, you will only get paid once you successfully complete the given task and it has been approved by your client. This may even mean revising the work several times unless the requirements of your clients are met. Some sites may ask you to set up a PayPal account, as most clients prefer to make payments digitally via it. **2. Starting your own website** There is enough material available online to help you put together your own website. Surveys, searches and reviews** There are several websites offering money to undergo online surveys, carry out online searches, and write reviews on products. To get the credit, one needs to disclose certain information to them including one's banking details. This is why you should use this route with utmost care. Some of them may even ask you to register with them before working on projects. The most important watch out in such projects is to stay away from websites offering money that appears too good to be true. Be careful while evaluating the reputation of the website as many of them could be a scam. Most sites promote businesses showing copies of cheque payments which may have been given to the middlemen only. **5. Virtual assistantship** Doing all the corporate stuff from one's home is what a virtual assistant (VA) does. VAs basically work remotely with their clients and manage the aspects of their business that they are too busy to handle themselves. When you work as a virtual assistant, you can choose to work as an employee or you can set up your own business. VAs are skilled, home-based professionals that offer companies, businesses, and entrepreneurs administrative support. Some of the major areas of work includes making phone calls, email correspondence, Internet research, data entry, scheduling appointments, editing, writing, book keeping, marketing, blog management, proofreading, project management, graphic design, tech support, customer service, event planning, and social media management. Becoming a VA may require some degree of training or briefing, depending on your qualifications. However, if you possess good communication skills and are capable of using applications like MS Office, you can just sign up on sites such as Elance.com, 24/7 Virtual Assistant, Assistant Match, eaHelp, Freelancer, FlexJobs, People Per Hour, Uassist.Me, Upwork, VaVa Virtual Assistants, Virtual Staff Finder, Worldwide 101, Ziptask, Zirtual and so on. **6. Language translating** Knowing a language other than English may even help you earn some extra money. There are several websites that offer translation projects that require translating a document from one language into another. This may include Spanish, French, Arab, German, or any other language to or from English. For many, this can make the task rather time-consuming and therefore they hire translators available online from anywhere across the globe. Several websites such as Freelancer.in, Fiverr.com, worknhire.com or Upwork.com offers you a platform to be a professional translator. Those who do not have the knowledge or the time to complete their projects on their own, put up their work on these platforms where you can register and start bidding on translation jobs and get paid in the range of Rs 1-Rs 5 per word. This can go up to Rs 10 for some languages. **7. Online tutoring** If you are an expert in a particular subject, you can earn by tutoring people online. Online tutoring provides a means to connect online with students of all ages, across the country to provide homework help and tutoring in the subjects for which you have demonstrated expertise. One may sign up on websites like Vedantu.com, MyPrivateTutor.com, BharatTutors.com, tutorindia.net as an online tutor by creating a profile, and listing the subjects or classes you want to teach, how much experience you have, what your qualifications are, etc. Some of the platforms may offer flexible and convenient time to work as an online tutor. Most platforms follow this process- they ask you to apply by filling a simple form, after which a teaching demo will have to given their experts. Once selected, documentation and profile creation will be done, followed by training and induction webinar. Once you attend the webinar, you will be listed as a teacher and will get your online sessions to conduct. Beginners can make around Rs 200 per hour, which can go up to Rs 500 as you gain experience and expertise. **8. Remember, social media needs dedicated time and energy to stay relevant. Hence, you need to share posts regularly and interact with your followers on a regular basis. **9. Web designing** Not all business owners are tech savvy but the need of the hour is to have a website of their own. Those who have a knack for all- things- tech, especially related to websites, can help small businesses set up their own websites and earn from it. Coding and web designing are the essential ingredients in setting up websites. Further, websites need maintenance and may require frequent updates, which may add to one's revenue. **10. Content writing** Online platforms can be a good starting point. Depending on the quality of the articles, one gets paid. One may be asked to work upon articles with specific guidelines as well. Develop a niche in your area of expertise and build strength in that domain to increase the revenue stream. **11. Blogging** It starts with a hobby, interest, and passion and soon blogging becomes a career option for many bloggers. There are a number of full-time bloggers. There are two ways to start a blog: you can either create a blog through Wordpress or Tumblr, which requires no investment, or go for a self-hosted blog. In case of the latter, you will have to invest in and spend money on domain name and server hosting space that can cost you between Rs 3,000-Rs 5,000 a year. Self-hosted blogs have an added advantage that it allows you to customise elements and functionality of your website. In case of the former, you need to make peace with the tools and plug-ins made available by the service provider. You may monetise the blogs through ads, product reviews, and so on. But remember, earning through blogging may also take a lot of time and effort. For some, it may take as long as year to actually earn through blogging. **12. YouTube** If you are not comfortable in penning down your thoughts through blogs and content writing, make use of your camera to create a video presentation. Create your YouTube channel, upload videos and start monetising them. Choose a category or subject that you want to make videos on and get started, but make sure it's a topic that will interest a lot of people. Everything from cooking shows to political debates can find many takers on YouTube. You have to create a YouTube channel, which works on a similar model as a blog. As you make your channel popular and the number of subscribers grows, so will your earning potential. The payment one gets is based on every thousand views. **13. Kindle eBook** If writing books interests you, one option you can exercise is self-publish eBooks and paperbacks with Kindle Direct Publishing, and reach millions of readers on Amazon. Publishing takes less than 5 minutes and your book appears on Kindle stores worldwide within 24-48 hours. One can earn up to 70 percent royalty on sales to customers in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, India, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, and so on. One can keep control of one's rights and set their own list prices and also make changes to one's books at any time. BooksFundr and Pblishing.com are two other places to get your book published and earn money. **14. Selling your products online** If you want to sell products online, you may can it by creating your own website. As there's lot of competition and several existing websites in place already catering to this market, an attempt to create a niche in terms of products may be considered. Or, you can use the platform such as Amazon, Flipkart to sell. One can increase reach and visibility through affiliate marketing. **15. PTC sites** Several websites offer money (after a minimum level of earning) by clicking on advertisements. Hence, they are called paid-to-click (PTC) sites. One has to get registered before the project begins. Not all of these sites could be genuine, so be careful. One may also refer friends and earn money in the process. Some such sites are ClixSense.com , BuxP and NeoBux are some of such PTC sites. **16. Peer to peer** Similar to e-commerce websites such as Amazon and OLX, a peer-to-peer (P2P) platform is a marketplace for money lending activities. You can lend money to others in a more organised and structured manner using the P2P lending platform. The P2P platforms have the recovery process in place and one should understand it before using the services of the platform. Since this is an unsecured loan where there is no face-to-face interaction, a P2P lender needs to be aware of the risks involved. **17. Data entry** Although this line of work is seriously threatened by automation, there are still plenty of data entry jobs available in India. It is one the simplest jobs you can do online, and requires no special skills. You just have to have a computer, Internet connection, fast typing skills, and the ability to pay attention to details. Most freelancing websites list these jobs, and you can sign up on any of them to start earning in the range of Rs 300 to Rs 1,500 per hour.

How to Earn Bitcoin: 5 Simple Ways to Earn More BTC For many people, buying large amounts of Bitcoin is not a financially-viable investment strategy. But the good news is that there are now more alternatives than ever that make it easy for people to earn bitcoin. And believe it or not, in some cases, you have to do almost nothing to start earning. Let’s explore what all your options are, from accepting bitcoin from your employer to depositing it in an interest-earning crypto account. Depending on your short, medium, and long-term goals, each option has different benefits for your preferred method of earning Bitcoin. **1. Earn Bitcoin with a Crypto Interest Account** In the same way that people used to (and, let’s be honest, still do) store their money in bank accounts and receive interest on their deposits, crypto interest accounts are a new and exciting model for the blockchain industry. This model is often done to in different ways, including interest-earning accounts. Some people also refer to this simply as lending out your Bitcoin. In the end, the result is the same — by transferring your Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to the financial service provider, you will earn interest on your Bitcoin over time. **How do crypto interest accounts work?** A number of companies now offer the ability to earn interest on your crypto holdings. The basic structure is that you send your crypto to your wallet service provider’s website and over time you will earn interest. This provides a new way for crypto HODLers to store and earn on their crypto-asset holdings. In recent years the interest rates offered by banks have lowered, making the returns less than ideal. Individuals have been forced to find other money-making solutions. To date, there have been almost no options for crypto holders. Crypto holders are now turning to the alternative financial service providers for these services. Clients can earn up to 6% annual interest on their Bitcoin and Ether. The interest clients earn also compounds, maximizing their annual returns. For example, with compound interest, users’ effective annual interest after 12 months at 6% would be 6.2%, adding even more long-term growth opportunities. Sign up for the highest interest earning for bitcoin on the market. **2. Get Cash-Back in Bitcoin When You Shop Online** Ebates, a popular Google Chrome Extension, offers customers cash-back for their purchases from thousands of websites. They work with almost all major online retailers, including everything from Best Buy, to Groupon, to Nike. Companies provide unique URLs or Promo Codes for affiliate marketers to send out to their audiences. If someone who clicks on that link makes a purchase on your affiliate link, you will receive a reward. **How much can I earn from affiliate rewards?** Every company structures their affiliate program differently. For a lot of e-commerce brands, you will earn a percentage of the total order amount of the customer you referred to them. For other companies, you may get a set fee for every person who signs up for a service using your promo code. For example, Coinbase will pay you $10 for every customer who signs up and deposits at least $100. Another popular exchange, Binance, offers up to 40% of the transaction fees of your referrals. For people with big audiences, that can add up to thousands of dollars per month. Bitcoin taxes are one of the more confusing parts of owning cryptocurrency. You need to be able to track all of your trades and have the up-to-the-minute fiat conversion value, as well as the crypto amount. According to TurboTax, employees getting paid in crypto must report their W-2 wages in dollars, when if they are earned in Bitcoin or another digital asset. For freelancers, gains or losses from services rendered must also be converted from crypto to dollars as of the day received. Those figured need to be reported on your tax returns. There are a number of companies specializing in crypto taxes that make this whole process simple, and affordable. Many also provide expert customer service to support you with your individualized questions and need. Their software can help you with anything from collecting and evaluating your crypto trades to crunching the numbers on the Bitcoin your earned from your job. Some of these providers include: **1. TokenTax** **2. ZenLedger** **3. CoinTracker** **4. CryptoTrader.tax** Learn more about the best crypto tax software companies. **5. Earn Bitcoin by Trading or Mining** For some people, trading crypto is the easiest way for them to earn more Bitcoin. There are numerous trading strategies and every trader has their preferred way to increase their crypto holdings through trading. However, an increasingly popular way to trade is by leverage trading. In this scenario, traders will borrow funds to bolster their trading. In crypto, these leveraged loans are called crypto-backed loans. One of the easiest ways to mine crypto using your personal computer is with Honeyminer. You just download the application and run it in the background. That’s all. **What is a crypto-backed loan?** Crypto-backed loans are structured like collateralized loans, where the borrower provides the lender with collateral in order to get access to more funds. More specifically, the borrower gives the lender their cryptocurrency in order to get USD. Once the loan is paid off, the borrower gets their crypto back. This is a safe and easy way to get access to USD or stablecoins. A benefit to crypto loans is that they don’t require a hard or soft pull of a potential borrower’s credit score. Because the loan is secured by an asset as collateral, there is no risk to either side. If the borrower decides to not pay back the loan, the lender can just sell the borrower’s collateral to recoup the funds. Additionally, crypto-backed loans don’t trigger taxable events. Transferring your funds to a crypto lender does not constitute a selling action, so there are no capital gains implications involved. Learn more about how crypto-backed loans work. **What is crypto mining?** Another way to earn Bitcoin is through crypto mining. Mining in the context of cryptocurrency is what powers the blockchain. Miners use computers to calculate complex cryptographic algorithms to un-crack code. This process confirms all crypto transactions and adds them to the blockchain for the public record. Crypto miners are incentivized to complete the computer processes with what are called “block rewards,” which give miners free Bitcoin or other crypto in exchange for their efforts. The difficulty of crypto mining can go up or down depending on how many people are mining that blockchain or how congested the transaction network is. **How much does crypto mining cost?** Crypto mines can be an expensive operation. Antminer, a popular miner hardware manufacturer, sells their S7 ASIC Bitcoin Miner for $199.99 each on Amazon. A crypto mining rig can have anywhere between four to tens of thousands of these devices. Additionally, the cost of the hardware’s upkeep and electricity costs can be substantial. Bitmain’s SanShangLiang industrial mining complex in Mongolia has over 25,000 machines that process $250k of Bitcoin every day as of May 2018. To fund their operations, some miners will turns to crypto loan companies to fund their operations. Learn more about funding a mining operation with your cryptoassets. #StaySafe #TheExplorer

Human Flesh Cut Naisip nyo rin ba? Na pwedeng yung mga masasarap na steak na sineserve sainyo are human flesh? Yung mga kinakain nyong typical adobo came from your own? Yung dinuguan na sinasabi ntin ay dugo ng tao? Or yung liver sa igado ay liver ng tao? Or those bone marrows sa bulalo ay sa tao? Yung tipong sarap na sarap tyong kinakain to. Kasi theres this taste na nde mo maressist? Ang yummy diba? Hahaha naisip ko rin yan.. I have read a couple of articles about cannibalism. And yes it is really possible nga na ang menu is from human flesh.. Teka. Dami kong satsat. Ano nga ba ang cannibalism? Cannibalism is the act or practice of humans eating the flesh or internal organs of other human beings. A person who practices cannibalism is called a cannibal. The expression cannibalism has been extended into zoology to mean one individual of a species consuming all or part of another individual of the same species as food, including sexual cannibalism. In short. Bes kinakain mo kapwa mo. Gets? Yung tipong sarap na sarap ka sa kapwa mo. Ughh. Ano nga ba ang lasa ng human flesh. According sa mga nbsa kong article human flesh tastes like pork daw? But mostly says it tasts like veal.. medyo sweet ang lasa na malinamnam. I mean not the typical sweetness like for those chocolates or sugars we eat.. may certain taste daw nde nmn nailalayo sa mga normal meats we eat. At tlgang naihalintulad nga ito sa veal (yung sa beef yn eh. Yn prang batang klase ata ng beef. Not that sure) maybe naglalaro sa isip nyo bakit may mga klase ng ganitong tao.. are they crazy? for some points. They are psychotic people. Some are not. Iba iba rin kasi. And correct me if Im wrong. May mga restaurants kasi talagang nag seservr ng human flesh as their menu. Pero not those commercial restos ofcourse. Meron at meron kasi talagang kumakain rn nyan. Talamak ata sa deepweb. (Check nyo nlng kng diver ka kung meron nga) Kung titignan rin natin sa picture may mga certain nutrients din tyong makukuha sa flesh ng tao.. not that bad diba? So ayon nga. Cannibalism. Kung ako tatanongin if given the chance na tikman ang flesh ng tao. Siguro Ill try? Hahaha I mean. Wag naman un tipong ill cut the legs or the breast. Un tipong iseserve na sakin na well done na. Hahaha (myGod. Ano ba tong pinag sasabi ko) Curious lang din kasi hahaha. Pero kayo ba? Would you try? #StaySafe #TheExplorer

5 Creepy True Stories To Read In The Dark Tonight Hello Everyone, how are you doing tonight? I hope you are doing fine with your points. haha if it seems that you ' re unlucky tonight well don't be sad. We all go through with that sometimes. Anyways tonight I'll be treating you an Early Halloween article in the month of September lol. **LEZZ BEGIN!** **The ghost babysitter** https://www.reddit.com/user/ExcitedForNothing When my niece was really young, she was in a bouncer at my sisters house, I was house and babysitting. I had left her to go to the kitchen to grab some water. My sisters chocolate labs were probably sniffing and licking her head because I could hear her giggling like she was having a blast. I hadn’t notice how cold it had gotten. Then I heard it. A loud wooden SNAP. Like a thick piece of wood had been snapped in half suddenly or a tree was knocked over. I ran into the room and what I saw and smelled freaked me out. The dogs were huddled in the corner whimpering, my niece was just staring at the ceiling corner with wide eyes, and it was cold and smelled like Stetson. I took her and we decided to go to a different room. When my sister finally came home, I told her what happened. She just rolled her eyes and said “that is Hugh.” I was confused. She said Hugh was the previous owner of the house who had died ten years before his wife sold it. She said he likes to follow my niece around and you can tell it his him because the dogs freak, it gets cold and smells like cheap cologne. I don’t believe in that shit, but I do believe that feeling you get in your gut when something doesn’t feel right. **This is why the basement is locked** https://www.reddit.com/user/jadeoracle My mother was having dinner at a friends house. It was a small old cottage that’s been around for 100 years. She tries to find the bathroom and pulls on a door that is locked. The friend sees and says “Sorry that goes to the basement, the bathroom is over there.” Thinking it is odd, my mother asks why the basement door is locked. “Its always locked, in fact I don’t even have a key for it, the real estate agent advised me not to go down there as its not been upgraded like the rest of the cottage. Its little more than a root cellar.” Fast forward a few weeks, when my mother (who works for the police department’s community division) is working on a project about the history of the police department in the town. An old man comes in with news clippings about various community events, as well as a news clipping from the 50’s about a gruesome murder. My mom was a bit taken aback. “Sorry, I forgot those clippings were in here too.” “No…I know this address, its my friends house! What happened there?” “Oh…” said the old man. “Well, that use to be my mother’s house. She had been dating this man who was cruel to her. Beat her horribly. She tried again and again to break it off with him, but he’d always come back. Finally my aunt moved in with us, and my mother finally broke up with him.” He starts getting emotional “Then one night he broke in, and tied my mother, aunt, sister, and brother up in the basement. He shot them all in front of my mother. Then he shot her, and killed himself, leaving a note that she would never leave him again. I was away at college….” He started to sob. And that is how my mother’s friend learned she has a haunted quadruple murder-suicide scene in her basement. She moved out a year later. **The dying patient** https://www.reddit.com/user/Jwalsc A good friend of mine while doing his rounds as a young intern, he is now a neurosurgeon, he had just looked in on a dying patient. After making the patient comfortable, he exited the room , sat on a nearby chair to write his report. After few minutes he looked up and saw this patient walking down the hallway. He called to the woman but their was no response . As he stood up to walk after her, she disappeared. He quickly walked toward the patients room and saw a light under the door. When he opened the door, it was completely dark in the room. So he turned on the night- light, went over to the patient and felt for her pulse. She had died. He swears to this experience. **A helpful spirit** https://www.reddit.com/user/Bastin354 A few weeks after my mom gave birth to me she went to me in the middle of the night because i was crying, when she went in the room she saw a dark figure of a man who she thought was my dad holding me and decided to go back to sleep, in the morning she thanks my dad for taking care of me, as it turns out my dad was not even awake then and nobody else was in the apartment, gets worse later on in life not only me, but my sister, cousins and friends have all seen it somewhere in our home, all in separate accounts and we dont normally tell people about it unless they’ve seen it and it follows us wherever we move to and at this point me and my family have all learn to ignore it though we all know its there. **Who turned on the radio?** https://www.reddit.com/user/margotxx When I was about 10 or 12, I don’t really remember, I had an odd experience. At the time, I was sharing a room with my sister. We had lofted beds and I slept on the top bunk. We had this stereo and when you would press the button to turn it on, it would “click” and a red light would pop up. Our beds were on one side of the room and the stereo was on a desk on the opposite side. One night I was woken up by the “click” sound that the stereo makes when the power button is pressed. I recognized the sound and sat up in bed. I looked over at the stereo and the light blinks on. I look over at my sister and she is fast asleep (her bed was under mine but perpendicular, so I could see the top half of her from my bed). The stereo is playing that white noise sound that it makes when it isn’t on a specific station. Suddenly, I can hear someone saying, “Away,” coming from the stereo. Just one word, “Away”. First, it starts off soft and gradually gets louder, until it becomes a yell, “AWAY, AWAY, AWAY”. It took about 10-15 seconds probably to build up to the yell, and then it died back down to a whisper. I thought this was a dream. I was frozen out of fear. I thought this had to be my imagination, and I tried telling myself that during the whole thing. I had almost convinced myself of it until it stopped. After the voice died away, the stereo went back to static. Then, I heard the familiar “click” and the light turned off. I was positive I wasn’t dreaming the ending “click”. I stared at the stereo for a few more moments, too freaked to move, looked back at my sister and saw she was still asleep, and finally laid back in bed, covered myself with my sheets, and willed myself back to sleep. I consider myself a rational person, but I had no rational explanation for this. Freakiest shit that has ever happened to me. Great you made it this far lol. How was your trip? | COVID - 19 | **Hello Good evening everyone!** As the pandemic arises, we should now be careful whatever we do and wherever we are. But sadly, everytime I go out I saw people not even practicing social distancing and the worst case is they are not wearing their facial mask. That makes me worry considering the number of cases of Covid 19 all around the world. But in this article, let me remind you people the safety measures that we should be practicing in just case you forgot to or some do not know. **Wash your hands often** Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. It’s especially important to wash: Before eating or preparing food Before touching your face After using the restroom After leaving a public place After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing After handling your mask After changing a diaper After caring for someone sick After touching animals or pets If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. **Avoid close contact** Inside your home: Avoid close contact with people who are sick. If possible, maintain 6 feet between the person who is sick and other household members. Outside your home: Put 6 feet of distance between yourself and people who don’t live in your household. Remember that some people without symptoms may be able to spread virus. Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people. Keeping distance from others is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick. **Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when around others** You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick. The mask is meant to protect other people in case you are infected. Everyone should wear a mask in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. Masks should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance. Do NOT use a mask meant for a healthcare worker. Currently, surgical masks and N95 respirators are critical supplies that should be reserved for healthcare workers and other first responders. Continue to keep about 6 feet between yourself and others. The mask is not a substitute for social ddistancing. **Cover coughs and sneezes** Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow and do not spit. Throw used tissues in the trash. Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. **Clean and disinfect** Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks. If surfaces are dirty, clean them. Use detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection. **Monitor Your Health Daily** Be alert for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19. Especially important if you are running essential errands, going into the office or workplace, and in settings where it may be difficult to keep a physical distance of 6 feet. Take your temperature if symptoms develop. Don’t take your temperature within 30 minutes of exercising or after taking medications that could lower your temperature, like acetaminophen. That's all everyone, I hope i have refreshen up your mind regarding safety measures that we should be practicing. Please practice them all soo that we can contribute in flattening the curve. Serious Stuff **Do you feel it?** this is gonna be a serious entry cause I thought I learned something important bout myself might be true might be academically not but eh it helps me let's talk about validation this seems to be a foundation of confidence when you say your own thoughts in exchange for an expectation and that expectation was not met? what would happen to you that feeling of having no control, and the overbearing thought of "they must hate" me fogging up your mind and this will leave you traumatized and this will create a wiring in your brain and if you have not been aware at this train of thought then will this be become a loop? even if it is, it's not too late to fix that right? we just need to trigger it to create another wiring in your brain fascinating? imagine if you have been living in a life where they only validate you when it's always about them like you are a caregiver of their own needs, but no reciprocality was given back i mean yea ye shall not be kind in expect from something but what if it's your parents, your foundation? is it selfish to ask for something like emotional guidance? I think this is where a reactor is born we failed to recognize our own train of thoughts cause we're too much preoccupied in what the other people see us as and what shall we do to be that person because it hurts when they're disappointed, right? I have been at lost for a long time cause i was dumbfounded on how quickly they react at things and how they could have improptu speeches when talking to people I usually have no thoughts or would stutter alot when I'm talking about myself or my own opinion like if I have never seek validation from my opinion, I'm too scared to say it That's why this diary helps me realize alot of things yeyeye I have wondered how they could have a stream of consciousness which mine only comes once in a while this might explain my foggy memory cause from my experience I could only remember things if I have this stream of consciousness that's why now I would think about things no matter how unneccessary they are like i'm writing at my laptop at this time and i'm sitting in a chair with me feeling like this and like that especially feelings, that helps alot also we have this ideology where we strive to be happy but in the process of disregarding sadness like this "no its just a thought,i'm happy" no you're not you're having a chemical inbalance seek help i've had this thought when I was in 6th grade I read my old diaries and I was sad but choose to be "happy" whatever that means I don't think that helped me as much as I've helped myself now I think I only got emotionally worse cause the time I got self-aware I had already created a void I was missing alot of stuffs emotionally yayaya so yea if you're sad then you're sad you're the only one who knows what you feel no need to seek validation from it I hope this makes sense but when it made sense to me I now have this overflowing amount of unneccessary confidence I can talk to people better now well by that I mean, I can say what's on my thoughts now rather than saying what I thought they are gonna say I'm just myself rather than "acting" and also now I have a stream of consciousness now, I'm keeping track of a lot of things but this a lot of things makes me efficient in life and myself so now I have known this. **Let's see how this will go**

How to get rid of Pimples | Tips Hello guys I'm back again, today I'll be stating you some advices that works on most teenagers about pimples. I know pimples is one of the common problems that teenagers are facing. Soo I decide to compile some of the useful tips. But before we begin let's take a brief fact about pimples. Pimples, also called acne, occur when your skin’s oil glands are overactive and pores become inflamed. Some types of skin bacteria may make pimples worse. Pimples can appear anywhere on the skin, but they most often occur on the face. Because pimples are usually triggered by androgen hormones and, in some cases, genetics, there’s no surefire way to prevent them. Still, there are many methods to reduce their severity and keep them in check. Here are 9. Hope ya like it! **Properly wash your face** To help prevent pimples, it’s important to remove excess oil, dirt, and sweat daily. Washing your face more than twice a day may make acne worse, however. Don’t wash your face with harsh cleansers that dry skin. Use an alcohol-free cleanser. **To wash your face:** Wet your face with warm, not hot, water. Apply a mild cleanser in a gentle, circular motion using your fingers, not a washcloth. Rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. **Know your skin type** Anyone can get pimples, no matter their skin type. Oily skin is the most pimple-prone. It’s caused by your skin’s sebaceous glands producing too much oily sebum. Another type of skin that may cause pimples is combination skin. Combination skin means you have both dry areas and oily areas. The oily areas tend to be your forehead, nose, and chin, also called your T-zone. Knowing your skin type will help you choose the right skin care products. For example, if your skin is oily, choose noncomedogenic products that are formulated to not block pores. **Moisturize skin** Moisturizers help skin stay hydrated. But many moisturizers contain oil, synthetic fragrance, or other ingredients that may irritate skin and cause pimples. To help prevent pimples, use fragrance-free, noncomedogenic moisturizers after you wash your face or when your skin feels dry. **Stay hydrated** If you’re dehydrated, your body may signal your skin’s oil glands to produce more oil. Dehydration also gives your skin a dull appearance and promotes inflammation and redness. To keep your body well-hydrated, drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day. Drink more after exercise, if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, or you spend time in a hot, humid environment. **Limit makeup** It’s tempting to use makeup to cover up pimples. However, doing so may clog pores and trigger outbreaks. Go au naturel when you can. When you do wear makeup, avoid greasy, heavy foundation, and use products that are noncomedogenic, sheer, and fragrance-free. Greasy or oily shampoos, body washes, shaving creams, and hair styling products may all cause pimples. To help prevent outbreaks, choose oil-free, noncomedogenic options. **Don’t touch your face** Your hands encounter grime and bacteria constantly throughout the day. And each time you touch your face, some of those pore-clogging impurities may get transferred to your skin. By all means, if your nose itches, scratch it. But wash your hands regularly, and try to touch your face as little as possible. **Limit sun exposure** Catching some rays may dry out pimples in the short term, but it causes major problems in the long run. Frequent sun exposure dehydrates the skin, which over time causes it to produce more oil and block pores. It’s important to wear sunscreen to help prevent skin cancer. However, many sunscreens are oily. **Don’t be a pimple popper** As tempting as it may be to squeeze that larger-than-life whitehead on the tip of your nose, don’t. Popping pimples may cause bleeding, severe scarring, or infection. It may also increase inflammation and clog surrounding pores, making your pimple problem worse. **Use antibiotics** Antibiotics help reduce inflammation and bacteria on the skin. Antibiotics are often prescribed. They may be applied topically to your skin or taken by mouth. Those taken by mouth are usually a last resort for people whose acne is severe or doesn’t respond to other treatments. Long-term antibiotic use increases your risk of antibiotic resistance. If your healthcare professional recommends antibiotic therapy for pimples, make sure you talk to them about the risks and side effects. That's all! Soo far these 9 advices works on most young adults like me. If you prefer on go natural you can try washing your face regularly and try consuming enough water to keep yourself hydrated just like what i am doing. I hope this article helps you. Til next time. #StaySafe #TheExplorer

In this article, you can find pictures that have an interesting story behind them. 1. **Tonya Harding and the broken lace** Tonya Harding is a former well-known American figure skater and retired boxer.
