Ice:

Vinegar wraps:
This vinegar wrapper is very useful if it hurts to wear new shoes. First you have to take equal amount of vinegar and hot water. This mixture should be soaked in a towel. This towel should be wrapped around the foot pain for 5 minutes.
Then mix the same amount of vinegar and cold water in another container. Soak the towel in this mixture again and wrap it around the painful part of the foot for another 5 minutes. In this way, steam with a towel soaked in hot and cold vinegar three times in total. The pain will go down.
Essential Oil:
Various essential oils such as rosemary oil, peppermint oil, etc. are good for foot pain. Dip one foot into warm running water for a few minutes. Then wipe the feet with a towel. Leg pain will be reduced.
