Share your griefs and sorrows with your closest ones
When we become adults, we get involved in various known and unknown relationships. There is happiness and joy in all relationships as well as sorrow and pain. We break down only when we are hurt or deceived by someone we love. We suffer from deep pain and depression. But it also happens that our family is not aware of these unknown relationships because we do not tell them out of fear.When we are in deep pain in a relationship, they are worried about the change in our behavior and sometimes ask if we are fine or what has happened but then we don't have the answer to the question. Finally we lie that we're OK. And this is our mistake.
We then live alone away from family, away from friends because we may not be able to tell them everything out of fear or want to hurt them so we keep our pain confined to our chests.
We can never tell those who care about us, our well-wishers and our sincerity the cause of our pain. But **one of the many ways to get rid of depression in a painful moment is to share our grief and sorrow with close people or close friends so that at least they are aware of our mood and show us a way out of a toxic relationship and get rid of depression and can even take care of us.**

Life doesn't have it's own shape
Life is a complex set of complex numbers, if you can solve it, life becomes very easy and if you can't do it, it seems very complicated. There is a puzzle hidden in these figures of life and we can't understand when we ourselves get into this maze while trying to solve these puzzles.
Oddly enough, getting into this maze is a way out, even if you don't know it, and that's when the struggle for life begins. The fight to save a friendship, the fight to save a relationship, the fight to make the right mistake, the fight to fulfill a dream or the fight to prove yourself right.
At the beginning of life, everything seems very nice, but with age, life becomes more complicated. We can easily solve this problem by following a crowd of familiar, unfamiliar people. But when that person is the one who hurts us the most, this simple number seems very complicated by confusing the number equation.
For example, when one doesn't keep a secret of one's life by believing in a friend, then the figure of believing in a friend becomes wrong. This is how many relationships come into our lives and we are constantly trying to figure out the tensions of this relationship. Sometimes the numbers match nicely and sometimes we can't find a solution even after hundreds of attempts, and just then life seems to be very complicated.
**Actually life doesn't have its own shape or form, life is easy or complicated depending on how well we are able to solve life's numbers.**
You will never be broken
In this broken world you may have lost again and again, sometimes you have faced a difficult reality, sometimes you have suffered a lot from your closest person's.
Don't think that this world has lost you, this world has taught you to hold the helm with a strong hand in the difficult times of life And hard reality may destroy emotions, but reality helps to be happy in life. Trouble never makes people lonely, but it helps people to be great, and shows the way to light.
Losing in life are those who have never taken part in the game of building a broken life, who have never stood on the wood of reality, and have not learned to walk the path with difficulty.
Life is a colorful stage, there will be drama and acting, so you will never be broken, you have to live like yourself, you have to win the battle of life.

**Sometimes we are too busy in our daily life that we forget our closest one can suffers alot in his or her situation and life. He or she was our friend or cousin or another relative. This time we act like a selfish person that we can't even realise our nearest person's panic and saddens situation.**
Never stop your work for others words
Sometimes the people around us discourage us because no one in the world can see anyone's victory and happiness.

If a person works day and night then people say he's a crocodile of money. And if he doesn't work then people say he's a lazy person.
If he spends money, people say he's wasting money, he spend money to show off, and if he doesn't spend money, people say he's stingy.
If you have a lot of money, people will say that it's illegal money and if you have less money, they will say that if you had a little intelligence today, this would not be the case.
Work hard for a lifetime to save money,people say that person is stupid, if he doesn't enjoy the happiness of money then why did he earn it.
These are people. Their job is to say. But never stop your work. Because the principle says, Allah can't be mocked, man will do whatever he says.
Now everything is black and white
Time like a handful of sand,

The times left were much better.
Those days in the crowd of memories,

When I was child, I was fine,
There was no conflict.
How much rhythm of life was lost in youth.
Breathing rose in the fence of the relationship,
Hope of survival is slowly disappearing.
Before you judge others - judge yourself first
Some people's low thoughts and negative thoughts become the thorns of their success. They always only target others but they don't think about what they can do. Instead, they only know how to find fault with others. Who did what or didn't do They know how to notice it well. But they don't look for their own faults even once. They know how to be jealous when they see the success of others, but they don't have the attitude of why they can't if others can.
Leg pain and small thoughts don't allow us to move forward.
Broken pens and jealousy of seeing others don't allow us to create the future.
Laziness to work and greed for money don't allow us to be great.
Our own thoughts are high and the thoughts of others are low..this thought doesn't allow us to be human.
But the scriptures say that you can be elevated only if you bow down.

It doesn't take money to help someone, it takes mentality
After five days completely closed a city for the riots, curfew was imposed to control the situation.Along with other shops, food shops were also closed. Everything else can still be managed but how will life go without eating ?? So there is a lot of wailing with food. Those who were a little richer had already saved food and left it at home.But the condition of those who were poor, those who ate day after day, became very bad.
There was a hostel for orphans in that town. Even there, the effect was severe. The amount of food that was in stock is slowly running out and there is nothing left for the children to eat. A small child who was there couldn't bear the hunger and went out on the street.He knew that if he was caught by the police on the street he would have to be beaten or even arrested and taken away but his stomach hunger was so painful that he might not notice anything else. He thought that it would be better to go out on the streets and look for some food than to die without eating from here.
However, with this in mind, he goes out into the city streets and looks around to see if there is any food to be found. While searching, he was walking down an alley in the city when he saw a girl sitting on the balcony of his house eating something. The little boy looked at her and motioned for her to give him some food.The girl is very fond of seeing the child. Meanwhile, she is a little scared that curfew is going on outside and at this time, letting someone come inside the house means that there is a lot of danger. But when the child told him that he had not eaten for three days, he couldn't bear the child's suffering. He brought the boy into the house without thinking of the danger. The child tells him, "I'm very thirsty." Tears came to the girl's eyes. She gets up and goes to the kitchen and from there brings a glass of milk for the boy.
The boy eats milk first from a glass of milk with thirst and hunger and then slowly eats the breads. After not eating for three days, a glass of milk and two loaves of bread seemed like nectar to him. His life seemed to come to an end.He finished eating and thanked the girl a lot and then when he came out of the girl's house he stood looking at the nameplate next to the door. Seeing that, the girl asks him if you want to eat something more ?? The boy said, "No", he didn't need anything else, so he left.
Then gradually the condition of the city returned to normal and many years passed. The girl is now an old woman. One day while she was on her way to work on the road, a car hit her. She was seriously injured and lost consciousness on the road. People on the street took her to a nearby hospital. Many doctors After three or four days, he regained consciousness.
When she regained consciousness she found out that she was admitted to one of the most expensive hospitals in the city. More than the happiness of living life, she thinks about how she will pay the bill of this hospital. She spends her days one by one and she gets better little by little. She started to calculate how much he would have to pay the bill after she was discharged from the hospital and what she would have to sell for it.Her most tension that day. She don't know how many lakhs of many will come in her hand. She thinks that all the property she has accumulated throughout her life should be sold today and if it becomes less after that, then she should also take a loan.
However, when she is ready to take the discharge, when she asks the nurse for the bill, the nurse brings a file of the bill and gives it to her. She turned the first page of the file in fear. After turning the page and seeing the bill, she couldn't say anything to anyone. Only tears started falling from her eyes. The bill in the file was a few lakh rupees but it read, "Bill fully paid. Thankyou for one glass of milk and two slices of bread." The nurse tells her that the owner of the hospital has paid her bill himself. The woman tells the nurse, "I want to see her once." She goes and cries and asks him, 'Who are you to pay my bill?'
The owner of the hospital came up to him and greeted him, saying, "I am the little boy who came to your door in one of the streets of this city many years ago during the riots. As a result of not eating for three days, I thought that maybe I would die. Ignoring the fear of the police, I did not get any food even after trying hard all day.You became my life-giver that day and invited me to your house and gave me a glass of milk and two loaves of bread. I'm the little boy who got a new life that day just for you. I thanked you that day and remembered your name from the nameplate next to the door. After being successful, I went there and searched for you a lot but I didn't find any of you.I never wanted God to meet you like this but the day you have an accident and the people on the street bring you to my hospital I can recognize you by looking at your ID card. All I prayed to God that day was for the man I was living with today to keep her alive. Let her not be harmed. I'm very grateful to the doctors at my hospital for their efforts in healing you."
After hearing this, the old woman didn't wanna stop her tears. She said to the men, "But this one glass of milk is worth so many lakhs of rupees?" The owner said, "The price of that one glass of milk for me is much more than this lakh rupees. Because that little help of that day has brought me to this place today."
This little story builds the mentality to help us.
This story teaches us that if we can afford it, each of us should help the helpless. And that's not the only money we need to help. We can help the hungry by eating something within our means if we want,If we want, we can help someone by giving our previous year's books, If we want, we can help a brilliant student with free tuition, If we want, we can inspire a troubled person or a broken person through our own words and rekindle the light of hope in their life.If nothing else, we can help at least one elderly person by crossing the street.

Special moment of my life
There are so many special moments in our lives that when we reminisce we still feel like a special person. It's true that lost days never come back but special moments are never lost.
Among the few special moments in my life, I'm highlighting a special moment related to this special day.
I was sitting at the reading table. My younger sister sat next to me and whispered in my ear that my elder sister was making a cake to surprise me. It was hidden and she(elder sis) told her not to tell me. But my younger sister has no words in her stomach😂😂 so After talking to me, she told me not to tell anyone😂😂.
Well, I didn’t tell anyone either but I was very curious to see what cake was actually being made for me. So I closed the book and immediately got up and went to the next room to see it. I went and saw that a cake was really being made for me😍😍. Out of curiosity, I asked apu(sister)for whom the cake was being made. But she replied in an angry voice that everyone should eat it.Then she sent me back to study😒😒.
In the evening I was sitting downstairs and talking with my cousins. Then another younger brother Labib came and said that my uncle is calling me upstairs. I ran upstairs and asked uncle why he called. But he said he didn't call me. Then he turned around and said called to sit down to study, lol.
After 5 minutes of reading, Labib shouted at me and called me downstairs. Aunty was calling me. I went downstairs again. I saw the light off and the dark room.The fan was turned on as soon as I entered the room and the plenty of marigold petals were falling on top of me.
Then the lights were turned on and everyone sang in unison, "Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to dear Fateeeeema" .🙈🙈🙈
I was looking at everyone in amazement. I looked at the round table and saw that my favorite foods like cakes, fruits, chocolates, chips, noodles etc. were placed on the table.After cutting the cake with me, one by one, everyone put the piece of cake in my mouth and wished. Then everyone gave me many lovely gifts.
Yeah, it was my 13th birthday and an excellent special moment that I have never had a special day like this❤️❤️.

Flourish your own way
When a flower blooms, each of its petals informs the surrounding environment that 'I have blossomed, I have come to this nature with my own colour' and shows its beauty. Again, if the flower is fragrant, there is no comparison. It spreads its scent and makes everyone feel how much it's worth in this world and fascinates its surroundings with the purity of color and scent.
So I think we all become a flower, with our own beauty, after coming to earth with two pure eyes and in the tone of our cries we informed the people around that we have come And then this world too, fascinated by our purity, welcomes us with much affection.The first to accept us is our beloved mother. She is the main means of our prosperity. So thanks to our mother nation, greet them at their feet and pay our respects from the bottom of our hearts. It's because of their tireless pain and self-sacrifice that we have been able to flourish in this world.
Today may be a day of mourning for some, happiness for some and maybe lucky or bad luck for somebody. But this day may have been a happy endurance for my mother in a very painful moment. Thanks from the depths of my heart to my mother who showed me the light and darkness of this world after 10 months and 10 days. But my misfortune that my father forgot the day that the flower that bloomed on this day was useless.But I don't regret it because this may be my destiny.
But still Allah is helpful because our creator is never cruel to us even though many times when we gonna enjoy the light and air of this world, we forget him. Thanks Allah who at least raised me in such a family and this family at least thinks today is a special day. Although I'm not a special person but they makes me special hehehe.Many many thanks to my uncles, aunts and their families who have taught me to put my feet on the earth on this day and I am still here. Alas for those of my loved ones who may still be waiting for me to fall or wish for death in the joy of their heart yet a group of loved ones and my are trying hard enough to keep me alive and alhamdulillah I am still alive, maybe as a blue butterfly or a purple lotus.
So the only purpose of these words is that there may be many hardships in life where our blood is waiting for us to separate from us. But remember that no one's life stops for anyone. Your life will not stop for anyone too.So don't try to stop life waiting for those who leave. You spread the fragrance on your own terms.Learn to live like yourself.
It doesn't matter who left you or who came and who remembered you or who forgot.Just flourish in your own way. Find your own hopes, aspirations, happiness and dreams in yourself. Impress everyone with your ideals. Let the world know that you are more valuable and as a blooming flower. Spread your own scent. Because at least for no one else,you're precious to your Creator.

Waiting for her friend
Liana is sitting on a bench in the middle of the park with a grimy face waiting for someone. Every day she comes here for a walk. She used to walk alone and enjoy the natural beauty. Breathing in the cold air environment is different.
One morning while walking like this, she suddenly turned her head and fell down. There was no one around. Suddenly a girl came and found her lying on the ground. She took a bottle of water from her bag and sprinkled water on Liana's face. Then she was thrilled by the touch of water and looked into her eyes. The girl slowly sat her down on the side bench. Later, when she heard that Liana's BP was low and she was dizzy, she took her to her house.
The next day the girl met Liana while walking in the same place. Then she thanked her and sat on the side bench and talked for an hour. The girl's name was Tina. In this way, they used to sit in the park and talk while walking together in the morning. Gradually, they became close friends. They used to share everything about them with each other.It went on like this.
One day after a month, she came to the park and didn't find Tina. Then she sat on the bench and waited for her to come. While waiting, she gave her a lot of phone calls. Then Liana started thinking, "What's the matter ?? Why isn't Tina coming today ?? Her mobile is also off. Is there any danger for her ??" Thinking about all this, she went home.she doesn't even know Tina's house. Otherwise, she would have gone to the house to look for her.
Wait !!! When will this wait end! She gives her about a hundred phone calls every day but her mobile is switched off.Even today she is sitting on the bench in the cold air waiting for Tina. Thinking about her, tears fall from her eyes. She had a close friend. She couldn't even think that she would be lost suddenly. "Where are you my friend ?? I miss you so much. Suddenly why you left?? Today I feel very lonely without you," Liana just cries but Tina doesn't come. The wait is not over.
Keep your arrogant to yourself

Thorny deep pain
Many unexpected things happen in life. Unexpected accident, unexpected pain, unexpected deception, unexpected wailing and even unexpected death etc.
In the same way, there were many unexpected events in her life that she could never have imagined. She was not ready for them. When the expected loves turns into an unexpected decetion, there is nothing to expect better.
Expected dream doesn't make a crunching sound when the heart breaks into pieces like glass. It breaks silently like a hard wax and is shattered. And because it doesn't make a sound, the pain goes so deep that there is no way out, but it destroys endurance. It can come out, but it takes good company.
She went into deep grief for the unexpected deception and pain that happened in her life that she has to fight alone. But how will she fight ?? She was so broken that she was only blaming herself. In this way, while blaming herself, at one point she started hating herself. The hatred was so strong that she was alive but like a dead body.
Heart!! Little inner part of the heart was slowly starting to harden like a stone. Everything around her seemed annoying and false. Above all, her hopes and aspirations rose and she took herself to the deep forest of darkness where no one's affection could touch her. In this way she slowly began to settle her loneliness.
In order to sort out this loneliness, self-loathing, deep pain, she started looking for a world called friendship where something else, whether pure or not, could at least forget her thorny pain.Then she left everything around her and just ran to stop the flow of frustration. After a lot of searching and a lot of running,she finally found a city called Friendship where she could at least forget the thorny pain. She was just looking for a pinch of love from her friends so that this love would show her a drop of hope by forgetting the unexpected pain. At that time she got a pinch of love but she didn't have a box to hold it.In other words, it was an uncertain hope. But she was wrong. She thought that she had forgotten her deep pain due to the affection of her friends. She was not running away from everything around her but was running to stop the fire of pain and despair frozen in her chest.
Today she is lonely again.Her unexpected deep pain turns to wax match and burns her again, throws her into the mountain of despair and turns her hatred towards herself into a living flame.Everything seems to be a lie to the close friends she loved today. Now she wants to run again but she is tired and weak. She did not force her painful heart to hate herself, but it automatically made her hate herself and took her from the world of surroundings and friendship back to the dark forest. Her friends are watching her but they can't show or understand the pain deep in her chest. She ran away from her friends so that her harshness couldn't touch them but unfortunately her harshness hurt her best friend. She lost everything but still had the fear of losing. Now that fear is also taking shape in the world of loneliness.
In the world of loneliness, today again that hated leaf whose stone heart is now useless.

Change your and your society's mindset
**Suicide!!**
Suicide is a very common occurrence among today's young generation.
The present society is so anxious to keep pace with their future and the world around them that sometimes they lose the ability to think good and bad thoughts due to deep frustration and depression as they cannot bear the stress and anxiety. And that is why they choose the path of heinous suicide.
Failing exams, not getting a chance to study at the desired university, love disease i.e. breakup, stress of family financial problems, mental torture, rape, sexual harassment, etc. The suicide rate is increasing day by day in different developing countries of the world including Bangladesh.
When we hear the news of suicide,very easily we say why a person will commit suicide and why they are so stupid or crazy.But we never think that the heinous thoughts and slanders of our cruel society will force them to commit suicide.
After a girl is raped, if only she is abused, slandered and blamed by the society and family, then it's natural that her mentality will change so negatively that she has no place in this world to survive .... and that's why she is deeply saddened and commits suicide.
In the same way, if you put so much pressure on your child in the running of the exam that they doesn't have the ability to take the load and if they fails the exam, instead of explaining to them, you will force them to listen and punish them for negligence, then how will they survive?
Even when a suicidal person prepares to commit suicide in deep despair and depression, just 2-1 minutes before death he/she also realizes how precious life is and he/she desires to live but unfortunately he/she no longer has time.
We know that suicide is a heinous sin and we know that there is no forgiveness for this crime. But we should explain the reason to our society and change our own cheap mindset before anyone commit suicide. Then the suicide rate in a society and country will come down.
Words have the power to destroy someone internally

**Even if no one ever hurts you with your stick, your words can hurt a lot. Because words have the power to destroy someone internally.**
**Sometimes people around us say words that we feel encouraged when they sound good and we feel pain when we hear any bad words.Many people close to us sometimes get angry and say a lot of unwanted words that we can't stand and it hurts. Because we never expect bad comments from them about us.**
**So no matter what mood you are in, never let an angry or normal mood hurt anyone with your harsh words. Because harsh words are not tolerable in anyone's ears.**

Discipline is the key to success
Failure is inevitable in the life of one who does not have discipline. For any kind of success we have to be disciplined. If we want to do well in reading, we need to read regularly. If we want to improve our career, we have to work regularly. If we want spiritual success, we must follow the rules of religion in an orderly manner. There is no substitute for discipline.He who lacks this thing cannot do any work attentively for a long time.
The main quality of an orderly person is to work on time. In a word, time and tide wait for non. All successful people in the world understand the value of time. If we do not value time, time will not value us. Laziness, idleness - these are the biggest enemies of success. These can never exist among an orderly person.
**So we should work from time to time while maintaining discipline.**
Favouritism vs Fairness
Although the two words favouritism and fairness are familiar to us, the meanings of these two words are quite different. Even the use of these two words depends on the mind and will of the user.
What is favoritism ??
Favoritism is about liking someone so much that the person blindly favors all his actions without judging his good or bad.
For example: Someone may be favourite for you. You like all his work especially his work style and personality. Maybe he always does well and has a refined personality so you always give importance to him than others.But impressed by his personality and deeds, you became so blinded to him that even if he ever does wrong deeds and glorifies his personality, you will like the nature of his evil deeds in front of your eyes. You will appreciate his evil deeds and just as much as you praised him for his good or bad deeds. Because you are blind to his personality, so whether he does something good or something bad, both of them will seem worthy of praise to you. And this is favouritism.
We all have a moderate favoritism attitude but excess favoritism can have a bad effect on someone's personality.
Those who are biased(favouritism)can never think of anything with their own intellect or conscience because they don't have enough knowledge to think so far. A biased person always thinks with his mind and the mind indulges in both good and evil deeds. He can't make a difference so he can never do justice.That's why those people with favoritism should never expect justice.
On the other hand, fairness is that in which there is little or no place for favouritism.
A righteous person never indulges in any wrongdoing. A person, no matter how close, familiar or close to him, will immediately protest when he sees someone doing wrong or evil.
So we can say that a righteous person always thinks with conscience, not with mind. That's why many people may dislike him but he does not pay attention to them.

Don't leave any task for tomorrow
"You will do any work a little later, you will do it tomorrow when the time comes to do the work. But when the time comes to do the work tomorrow, then the work is left lazily again." In this way time passes but the work is not done anymore.
If you are thinking of doing something, start the work at the moment you thought of doing it. Either way, tomorrow will be gone, but the time to complete your work will never come.Because time will not stop for your work. So use time in the moment that you think of doing something.
A famous philosopher said, "Don't leave for tomorrow any work that can be left again for tomorrow."
So complete your work at the right time. Because when the right time is gone, that work has no value.
