Hilsa Manchurian recipe

Materials:

8 pieces of hilsa fish.

4 cups of chopped onion.

1 tablespoon of garlic paste.

1 tablespoon ginger paste.

1 tablespoon of cumin powder.

1 tablespoon of sour yogurt.

3 tablespoons of water.

5 whole garlic cloves.

5 pinches of cardamom powder.

5 raw peppers.

Like the amount of coriander leaf crumbs.

Like the amount of salt.

Creation Rules:

Spread the hilsa fish pieces with a teaspoon of salt and keep it for 20 minutes. Add garlic paste and onion. Make sure the pieces fit well on both sides.

Heat oil in a hot pan and fry with onion for 10 minutes. Then add half a bata of water and salt to all the remaining spices.

Cook a little ache for 5 minutes. Now put the pieces of fish one by one. Cook medium ache for a total of 14 minutes for 6 minutes on each side.

At this time, cover the pot. When the oil rises to the top, take it down. Before putting it down, take it down with raw chilli and coriander leaves. Then serve as you like.
