Many of my foreign friends were asking how is it and what's going on. So I record short from Kyiv (in the first comment), it's just easier than reply to many messages

In video I say, that this war is first of all the war of technologies, and funding is important for Ukrainian army.

Fortunately, it's going on!

Last night SaveLife had received 4 bitcoin, in the morning I checked again - it was 9. And now - over 20 Bitcoins (which is at the moment over $765 000)

https://savelife.in.ua/donate/

Apart from this, what you can do is to share information, but don't share panic information or info from russian or pro-russian sources.

Panic is what they want

International support is disappointing, definitely there should be stronger reaction.

But the example with people funding army with Bitcoin is very optimistic. This is the real power of the people resisting creatures who were sent to kill.

I just wanted to let you know that I am ashamed of the way the EU and NATO are abandoning Ukraine. Of course, it was never in doubt they'd never risk sending troops to fight the Russian armed forces but the weak, wet paper strength sanctions they've now imposed on Russia makes me ashamed to be European. Somehow the west does not seem to understand that this is a decisive moment in history for all of us. Right now there are two things this can turn out.

Either the Ukraine armed forces are destroyed and disassembled, after which its people are made to accept a puppet government handpicked by Vladimir himself (after which most Russian forces will withdraw to the Donbas, which will "join the Russian Federation" like Crimea)

or

The west gets its head out of its ass and steps up by at the very least declaring and enforcing a no fly zone over Ukraine, soon, so the Ukraine Military and the militia can continue to fight the Russians (a-symmetrical if need be. Takes an awfully long time but in the end will be victorious)

In the first scenario the scene is set for any nation bordering Russia that is not a formal member of NATO. Georgia, Kazachstan, Oezbekistan at the least will get the same treatment, maybe Turkmenistan and Azarbeijan as well. Then Russia will start to "Kick the fence" everywhere it directly borders NATO, while surreptisciously fanning the tensions in the Balkan (Serbia, Bosnia, Kroatia, Montenegro) sparking up the old animosity between Turkey and Greece and so on, to chip away at the unity among the European NATO members until there will be so much dissent in NATO some nations will no longer uphold the "attack on one of us is attack on all of us" foundation and then Russia will "rectify" the Estland, Letland, Lithuania abomination (as Putin sees it)

The second scenario has two possible outcomes. In the best one Russia fails to subjugate Ukraine finding itself having to choose between backing down or total war with NATO, knowing that Total war means total destruction. In the worst one Putin says "Fokke Mol" and yolo's into a shooting war with NATO hoping that the new icbm's and/or Winny the pooh (Xi Jinpin) will survive better than the west. (the "We're all fucked and preppers will inherit the Earth" scenario)

TL;DR: For the west this is a moment to either put up, or shut up. Both choices our children are going to have to clean the mess from.
