Did the Earth Move for You...?

Just a quick rumination to ponder (related to articles/poems "Suck the Eggs" and "Archimedes' Ocean")...

Does mining and fracking and oil drilling and bore water and artesian aquifer removal and subterranean nuclear testing and so on and so on have a detrimental and compromising affect on the integrity of inter-tectonic and intra-tectonic structures and their stability?

As these resources are extracted from within the earth, is the earths internal pressure and inner architecture jeopardized?

Do these and similar activities contribute to volcanic, disruptive seismic, and other such catastrophic events, like tsunamis and landslides?
