How can you tell that you really inlove with a certain person?
Is love really possible at first meet?Just like what they say "Love at first sight"
Whats the difference between Love and Infatuation?
Today,Im going to share to you what I knew about Love and Infatuation. For Christians like me you can also check for reference in Bible at New Testament 1st Corinthians chapter 13. All Im going to share is what I have learned from bible and a book "Complete Courtship".
First we have to analyze and consider.
What is Love?Is it just a mere feeling?
When I was young all I know the definition of love is "Love is blind".Funny isnt it?Love of course is not blind,it sees the real one within the person to whom you have a deep affection.
Love is not just a mere feeling or an emotion. True love is a principle that manifest through with an action. It cant be earned in just a simple glimpse or at first meeting. If feelings develop and nurture and care, it can turn into Love but must come up with great manifestation through an action. Thats what they called "if you truly Love that person,then Prove it". Consider these following:
Love is not selfish,its selfless
Love is kind
Love endureth long and sacrifices
Love does not live in lies but live in truth
Love hopes
Love seeks good not evil
So,if thats what the true meaning of Love. What do you call to that affection you have feel that doesnt coincide with those definitions?
It is called "Infatuation". What a person feel at first sight is called infatuation and not "Love". Infatuation often misinterpret as Love.
Infatuation does not stays long
Infatuation misbehave
Infatuation cant endulge sacrifices
Infatuation sometimes lies just to stay,
Infatuation is selfish,always seeks for its own desires.
Infatuation may involve evil and bad things.
There are still many definitions that can easily distinguish the difference between Love and Infatuation. But those I have shared are the simplest definitions and all I can easily share with you guys.

Infatuation is admiration, a very strong kind of love. These kind of feeling will always change, its not permanent. Only few can remain infatuated in a same person for the longest time.
Love deep affection, great interest and pleasure in something. Love is a process and develop through your word and action, to something or someone that caught your attention.
