Thank you for the timely reminder. Seems simple enough to enjoy a walk, but we all get caught up in what “must be done” forgetting our need for the simpler things, and walking is such an easy step towards health.

Take a leap out of the book. Walking 4k in the morning and 4k in the evening should be the routine. Usually, 1 miles is close to 1200 steps & it take not more than 8-10 minutes to walk 1200 steps. So an hour in the morning and hour in the evening should be planned. I usually get so much tired when I start up, so I make a plan and start with 3k & then increase it with the weak and according to my body adjusted to it. Now, I feel much much relax while sleeping at night and never feel too fatigued with this easy to follow routine.
