How do I normally start my day is by having this super special Oatmeal. A cup of coffee of course, accompanied with this nutritious bowl oatmeal - my days boosted exponentially! It also has this one ingredient that makes me always come back to it everyday.


The Apple you may cut or shred in into small pieces
Mix all together ingredients above, add as much Soy Milk as you want, and serve! This photo is before I adding the Soy Milk, cause if I do after, y’all not gonna see any of them as they were all immersed under the milk.
