Architectural Design : The Power of Presentations
Do not be content on the skills that you have. Always upgrade your craft or skills to match with current times. I have always known this before pandemic on seminars I have attended. And they always say that time and technology changes so fast that we should not be left behind of what we know. Just because you are doing good with what you know does not mean you will do that always for you will be left out soon by competition.
I did not mind this before for I am working at a corporate company and any output I want could be outsource or just delegate to subordinates. And there I am earning a monthly income But when I lost my job 33 months now I realized I needed to upgrade my skills and attitude and other dealings related to your craft business or profession to sustain my income.
Here is a sample:
Before: let us tag this image as Image 2 - I present 3D works in a very cartoonish sketchy feel. I always say even if it looks like that I can guarantee that what you see is what you good. No false presentation or "daya" just to make it beautiful. In my experience I always see great perspectives just like image 1 and we would always see that they just made it realistic but it is will never be constructed like that.. BITTER I supposed for I cannot do it like that.
Now: Let us tag this image as Image 1 - I have already learned to do it this way. With countless less sleep and focus to achieve this with a lot of trial and error. Real talk: they are both the same. Its just that most people appreciate IMAGE 1 more then IMAGE 2. They will say IMAGE 1 is a better architect than IMAGE 2. Hay... Sad but its a reality. and IMAGE 1 is far more to be approved compared to IMAGE 2 even if they are the same. I guess IMAGE 1 can be visualize more easily than IMAGE 2.
Well I just hope people do not look much or on what is outside but more on the knowledge and expertise and the deeper level on how the design was made and if its achievable. The likes of Image 1 can fool easily a client for it is aesthetically pleasing. But is it constructable or when the construction is done will it look more like on the perspective or not. There are a lot of factors to be considered like construction, materials use, integration with other engineering disciplines and many other and it will now be justified alone by just having a good perspective.
The bottom-line here is that you want to get the client from your presentation. I know credibility still plays a large factor but having a pleasing presentation will always get the job done. One more example is with a big company. We presented first with a feel more of IMAGE 2 and the next week we presented like that of IMAGE 1. The result, they like and approve the IMAGE 2 presentation even if the design is the same. A big lesson learned that your expertise alone cannot land the job but with pleasing presentation as well.
For final words, always hone your craft. Always upgrade your skills. Do not be stuck on what you know. For times are changing fast.

More or less around 40 years building bought by a company and wanted to make in modern and use for commercial lease. Design process is about to be concluded. Initial process of the working drawings will be presented tomorrow. The problem with pandemic all works, meetings, correction, etc. are done remotely and trust on your partners that they will do their part without having so much meeting. We hate online meetings for we are not trained to discuss virtually.
Just sharing... for I am proud of the improvement I made in doing such Perspective presentations which before I just let others do it for me. Me being freelance for 2 1/2 years made me learned a lot of things..

We always see people say LAW of ATTRACTION or LAW of GRAVITY where you attract abundance but have you heard another SPIRITUAL LAW called LAW of COMPENSATION. So what is this.
In business or a venture they say. We should always look for what people need. After finding their needs, we should be able to provide for that need. And that's where your business should start. They say if you want to have a lot of money then you should help or serve a lot of people.
The problem by starting a business or venture we always check what price our services will be. This should not be the case. Remember part of our expenses or capital to grow our business is to market yourself. And the best example is to provide a product where they can check out and test your product or a service that pro-bono in short free. That is why we always see business say , why are they not patronizing my business. Ask this yourself, do the people know your business. or do people know you value in terms of the services they need. And how will they know that if what you give from the start is price.
So be good in your own product, or service or niche. Make sure you will do all you can do be the best. In being this you will become irreplaceable, or indispensable. And when this happens you can achieve more. I always believe in this and you can get away with a lot of things just by being indespensible.
Did you know that working hard is a way of giving. As they say give more so you will get more. Yeah Work hard and true and you will get more.

So what is amazing in this image is that actually there is no body of water or pond or whatsoever in this area. The water effect was done by placing a tinted glass or acrylic near the lens of your camera to reflect the scene being taken.

Sunday Reflection: A reminder to self. Kontento na ba tayo sa buhay natin.. Bigat na terms for a relaxing sunday. What is contentment. It just means whatever you do in life because it make you strong, and a better you. This means you are capable of being happy and not think of things that will make your life miserable or thinking why this why that or if I could have just that and this.. SO be grateful of whatever you have in the PRESENT.
Here is the exciting part. When you are contented, the guys above expands our life. Think of our body as a glass of water and the time we are already contented we will feel that the water in the glass is already overflowing and we need to make you glass bigger and you need to fill up that glass again. A cycle to a more progressive mindset.
Am i contented.. hmm I have bitter thoughts and bitter moments, have nega thinking of others still but not as same as before.. I still move from one venture to another.. BUt I am training myself. So, I am getting there.. CONTENTMENT AND INNER PEACE is the ultimate success.

1 BCH - My 2 Year Journey on Crypto Earning Sites
It has been 2 years now since I started in the world of Crypto. It was COVID pandemic and nothing to keep us busy and stumbled in an email that hacked my Coins.ph account and converted my P1500 pesos into BTC. I recovered my account but retained the BTC there and it was the time when BTC is making a big increase. If I remember from 12k to around 30k and the rest was history.
That hit me and asked this question: Is there a way I can earn BTC for free through online? Back then I only know BTC. Then I found Faucetpay and Express Crypto and then all I can remember I was hungry for learning and earning every bit of opportunity online. I even installed Buzz Breaker and Kumu then (hahaha). I did not compute if its worth it or not. I just tried everything. Installed a lot of games, apps, joined a lot of websites with PTC, Shortlinks, and Faucets to fulfill my goal. I will get my crypto without buying. I will gain money just by doing it free. I learned that hustling for free crypto at still very low price could become 10 times if their price go up. That is why a set a goal that I will achieved 1LTC and 1BCH
Through these two years I have accumulated a lot of crypto. This includes more or less the following:
1 BCH - Got this two years
1 LTC - Got this one year
50 Matic - ongoing
50 XRP - on going
650 BFG - on going
3000 Feyorra - on going
10500 1FLR - on going
These are gains from free platforms like Multi earning platforms like Ducthy, Micro Blogging like NOISE, Tron Mining websites, Micro Wallets like Faucetpay. Sadly Express Crypto have to close down. Mining websites app like NIceHash and Unmineable. Zec and Zen facuets. Yhen there is staking ad interst earning platforms. Actually There are a lot of Platforms to choose and me trying almost all of then is so time consuming that you cannot do them all.
Let me share an example how I got the 1 BCH
Express Crypto - get ,most of the coin, stake some and gain profit and exchange to BCH. There is a staking there that has 20% APY
Fuacet Pay - get most of the coins, epecially Feyorra and then Stake Feyorra and exchange bit by bit to BCH. Feyorra help a lot in achieving this goal.
Put all BCH in an interst earning platform - in my case ABRA. if I am not mistaken before it was 5% apy but now it is only 2% APY>

So now, I will hold them all in ABRA for a 2%APY interest and wait for the next bull run.
Lessons learned:
Keep looking for new platforms for higher gains. Just make sure in has a low withdrawal so you can withdraw immediately.. Transfer immediately if you hit the minimum withdrawal. Some website just cut off their services and all your hardwork will be gone in an instant.
Stick with the legends like Freebitco, Ductchy, ADBTC, Coinspayu, FaucetCrypto they have gone through with the ups and downs of crypto and they have gained the trust of thier clients that they can stick even if crypto is at its lowest.
Stick with a minimum number of platforms so that you can concentrate your earnings to a small list and be able to gain more. Like I just do PTC on Dutchy and I can run the auto faucet for the entire night while sleeping.
Make sure to check platforms that can fit your schedule and resources. If you have only a phone, then you cannot do all of it. So get some apps annd websites and stick with it. Or if you like games, then look for games. I have been playing Crypto Idle Miner and it gives HORA just play it for they have bonus codes to redeem HORA and play constantly. You do not have to do it all day.
Make sure to get coins from new platforms like - for me it is Feyora, BFG, 1FLR they will make you earn more as time passes. Now I am on GAMEE< PAINT etc. I stil do not know why I am not holding DUCTHY. I gues it is because I am focus on XRP, MATIC and of course BCH. But now I think iw ill hold DUCTHY.
Do not underestimate AIRDROPS - they can make you earn BIG - there are lots f them in crypto - you do not have to pay. Or if you need to buy for the airdrop make sure to check them first carefully. One example of a great AIRDROP is CPRX by ABRA.
Join Referral earning apps and platforms.
With this Journey, I have gain new knowledge:
Learned who to trade whether it is spot or Leverage
Learned a lot of crypto
Learned that there are a lot of scammers out there so do not trust them. Usually if it says a high profit, then dont believe. Try all but be wary of false sites.
Do not connect your wallet to almost any sites. Always do your research first.
I am hungry now for more info and opportunities.
There is still so much to learned in crypto. I am not much into free to play games or NFTS for I have no more time for them. But a lot of people earn a lot from them so still check them out.
So the question? Is doing faucets and shortlinks and other platforms that make you earn without investing worth of our time? FOR ME WITH THESE 2 YEAR JOURNEY IN CRYPTO, YES IT IS.
So what now? Currently I am still on it. Like I have SweatCoins App and LIT.IT App. and a lot more. My advice do not check the price if its worth it or not. The more cheap they are the more you can accumulate and wait for the price to go up. What do you have to lose. You did it anyway for a chance to gain more.
One piece of advice make sure to not make this your main source of income but do this as a side hustle but make it feel it is your secondary work or If i may say treat is still as if it is the only work you have and you will reap its rewards.
Do you know the rule in buying wants.. if you can only afford one of it dont buy it.. but if you can afford two.. buy one.
Example.. let say you want to buy a 5k bag...if you can afford to buy two if it in an instant without loaning the other one. Then buy one..
But if you can afford one and have the other one in the credit card.. dont buy instead.. buy a bag 2.5k
Sometimes because we have money to buy... We tend to let material things own us.. instead. Let material things be your ownership.
Because if we will buy and we suffer other things later then it is not for you at this moment..

Nung nakuha mo ang pera na need mo to sustain yourself.. nagpursigi ka ba lalo.. or nakuntento ka na...
Nung nakita mo may bago or magandang nangyayari sa mga tao sa paligid mo. Pinuri mo ba sila . Cinelebrate mo ba yun kasama ka kahit sa simpleng acknowledgement lang. Or nainggit ka.. at sumama tingin mo kesyo ganyan p ganun...

I had an interview this morning.. it was a breather actually a lot of my questions have been answered whether i will continue freelance or be tight on a corporate company...
Interviewer: you seem ok right now.... So why accept the invitation for the interview .
Me: i believe om opportunities comes when you need it. Or it is telling you something.. so i just took every opportunity and check it out .
This is one of our conversation ng vp ng company.. sadly yung president is super busy... So they will just have to talk it by themselves..
One thing I learned over the years is to know your worth.. and be open to the interviewers.. so they will know if they if you ware worth it.. and this method i guess is a big sign of confidence..
Just sharing .. i have told them my consultancy whether they will top the offer or they will share time with my consultancies. Ahhahaa i did not demand for a benefits and price.. i believe they will give me an offer if they find my credentials benefiting to them...
Again. This is not to brag but to celebrate small victories.. di pa naman ako tanggap.. but still it is a victory.. tara shot..
So lets start this quest ahahaha... As the books says.. in order for you to save.. is really cut off expenses you do not need....
And this is what comes in mind immediately.. so from now on I will lessen this and maybe in the future will no longer need this let us see how much i can save every week .
I am losing around 1200 to 1500 from this paking bull hahahaa...
Next will look for other expenses i can cut..
