PROJECT : AQUILEA BUILDING TYPE: Commercial Building Redesign and Refurbish LOCATION: Las Pinas More or less around 40 years building bought by a company and wanted to make in modern and use for commercial lease. Design process is about to be concluded. Initial process of the working drawings will be presented tomorrow. The problem with pandemic all works, meetings, correction, etc. are done remotely and trust on your partners that they will do their part without having so much meeting. We hate online meetings for we are not trained to discuss virtually. Just sharing... for I am proud of the improvement I made in doing such Perspective presentations which before I just let others do it for me.
