Someone pointed out that the text is too big in my articles. Hard on the eyes. On my laptop it's too small the other way. Want to get input on what it looks like on majority of devices. Please let me know. Thanks

Your composition carries an amazingly expressive element missing almost anywhere else.
The way you vary the character of the text from one segment to another conveys how each section or paragraph is expressing a different perspective or message.
We rarely see such personality in text.
Enchanting format =>= enchanting reads.

The rest of us drone on for pages and pages of mind-numbing walls of text towering over the keyboard in the same font character at the same old line-spacing like a packs of robots.
That we do not read of people being bored to death is suspiciously a mystery to me.
I would not worry too much about complaints.

But ALWAYS REMEMBER TO THROW IN AN ALL-CAPS COMMENT SOMEWHERE TO LIGHTEN THE MOOD AND TRIGGER THE TYPOGRAPHY TYRANTS
(so we can make a note of who they are).

You are so kind to me. Thnks ;)

B.T.W.... I've noticed over time observing you here and there that you are an extremely intelligent person. So much so that people misunderstand you often. When I was a kid I hated how smart I was for several reasons. The lack of people I could actually have a productive conversation with made it feel like a waste. I'm rambling now because I just realized today how much you and I are alike.

Do you have a discord account? My laptop is too small to mess with telegram app. It's got worse schematics than you could imagine probably. Worse than a 15 year old Android phone lol.

Misunderstood is my middle name, haha.
The problem arises from mistakenly believing someone understood.

No discord, or other such.
I hope to integrate a feature like the member.cash private messaging in my sites,
Due to entities and circumstances far outside my control,
I do use anything else aside from the member messaging feature.

Ironic you said that. ;) I'm currently working on a new article. It's about something that SHOULD be obvious to everyone but isn't. In the article I'm attempting to wake up people's logic and reasoning skills they have so tragically lost because they've been literally hypnotized by the main media networks. So, it's about the blatant dishonesty in the media. So careless and obvious that it's insulting! Anyway.... before I start on my rant... I'm hopefully finishing it today.

I didn't think they were complaining about style of typography, but rather the actual size of text that's difficult to follow or hurts the eyes. It could be an uncommon experience due to some settings on their browser or device....

I'm asking the general public to see if it's not in fact my own settings making texts look so small. Also gathering this info to 'maser' my formats to fit majority of devices...

It's like mastering an audio recording. Different audio devices will have little differences in basic set-up for base, treble, and volume levels. Mastering a recording takes a lot of technical skills and sensitive hearing, and countless hours of experience. It pays well for a reason. That's why you have to be careful when putting in a CD from an artist that couldn't afford to get it professionally mastered. It could potentially blow your speakers!

Fortunately for me, this only takes learning how most devices show text for this particular editing program for the site. Just need to gather enough input to do any good though....

I sit, wait, and hope that enough people give an informative description of what it appears like on their screen. Would be better if we could share pics in these discussions.... Not screenshots though, but a pic of the screen from like a foot or 2 away would be perfect.

Sorry.... rambling lol

Good luck,
Some of us would never notice - zoom/unzoom is a reflex.
the day comes when most fonts seem too small.
If too big it is easy enough just to back the reader away just a bit.
The cure for too small is much more difficult.

I was just looking for a better font for my current task and stumbled upon this gem:

I don't know code lol. Want to learn though. Can you use it on this site? Does it override the site's program? A few things about their program really irk me.

They chose the font we must use,
BUT:

We can compose text in an image with whatever font we may choose.
It is a hack but if the font was important it can be done like that.

I want more control over things like--

When I choose H1, but don't want to use it for that entire line. I want my pressing 'enter' to put me directly under where I just was, not a whole line of space in between.... Things like that.

Is it difficult to follow? Does it disturb natural flow for reading?

It's in bold, but it's because when there's a lot of words the small text for regular style actually hurts my eyes. Could be setting in browser or device. But curious what majority is seeing. This could be why I didn't get point across well. Thanks again ;)
